Terrible to work with! I’ve had nothing but issues with them from day one. My representative Kathy was rude and not helpful. They will rip you off.

Lisa Hall was rude to begin with, then dissapeared, she left without ever returning voicemails, and multiple, (verified, and authentic) emails. We were insured with USI for

19 years. Sad, that her bosses didn't care we left either. Pretty much, says it all.

You get the run around. Called to report claim on their client kept getting voice mails and no call back. Thank goodness my insurance agent got a response and helped me out!
