This is right across the entrance of the Duke Energy Center. I parked here when going for my second vaccine shot, and it's also free parking if your going to get your vaccine! Can't beat that.

Parking is close to sports fields.
But it is HELL getting out of the lot after a game.
Why do I have to use my ticket to get OUT?
Leave the gate up to facilitate faster exit.

We too fell into this parking scam. We saw no booth, attendant, signs, nothing. This was on a Friday around 4pm and left after 6pm. Received my fee for $82 plus $5 processing. We paid this and learned a very valuable lesson. Sad they take advantage of out of town visitors to their beautiful city.

They do NOT list the pricing here, you have to park, download an app, and pay with a QR code. THE PRICING WILL BE $70+ ON ANY WEEKEND. -- After PAYING their ridiculous fee, if you aren't OUT OF THE LOT within SECONDS of your time 'expiring' THEY WILL SEND YOU AN $80 'FEE' AND THREATEN COLLECTIONS -- This happened to me, and the company OWNING THE LOT replied to my negative feedback on here. I EMAILED THEM THE BILL, AND THEY SAID IT HAD BEEN DISMISSED -- THE COLLECTION COMPANY REFUSES TO BELIEVE IT HAS BEEN DROPPED AND IS STILL THREATING COLLECTIONS -- THE COMPANY OWNING THE LOT IS IGNORING MY CALLS AND EMAILS -- THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!! DO NOT PARK HERE AT ANY COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LEGAL TROUBLE!!!

Parking spot expired at 11:30 AM and was sent a $90 fine for leaving the premises at 11:30:13 seconds. Sleazy organization who will steal your money given any opportunity whatsoever.
