I recently had an accident the first in a while and I could not compliment Allstate and handling of the situation any better.

I'm shopping for a new car so I called to get some insurance quotes for some of the vehicles I'm thinking about. Bettie gave me all the info I needed right away. Great customer service!!!

The best Allstate agent around hands down.... From getting me lower rates on home and auto they were able to save my son more money on his auto when he switched to them. He then bought a home and it saved him more money on both the new home and even a little more on the auto... They were able to help guide him through some questions he had on homeowners that he had no idea about being a 21 yr old with a first time purchase. Bettie and her staff are always friendly and very personable you don't get a "recorded voice response" you get friendly voices who will ask how you are doing and truly care about what is best for their customers.

You absolutely could not find a better insurance agency than this one. Bettie and Jessica are absolutely amazing to work with. They are responsive, and actually care about your particular situation. I will be working with this agency and location for as long as I physically can. They have built a great group of people at this location. Everyone insurance company should strive to be like this location. Period.
