Spectacular Customer Service by a clerk named Noah. I was traveling with a full load on a night with heavy snow and sleet and needed new windshield wipers badly, and wiper fluid.

Noah did not hesitate to help me figure out the correct size wipers on my borrowed minivan and find wiper fluid. He came out and installed them and poured in the wiper fluid without a coat in heavy snow.

What a lifesaver and gem!! Give this guy a raise and promotion! He needs to train on customer service, wow!!

I went to get a car battery for my daughter’s car today and Thomas made it so easy! He helped me find the correct size i needed and offered to install it for me! My husband would normally take care of the cars, but he is out of town for work, so I had to step up to the plate. Thank you so much Thomas for making this task easy for me!

My fiance and I stopped in here to get a headlight for our car. . We didn't have the proper tools to get to the headlight but the man inside AutoZone let us borrow one. . I'm not sure what his name was he was a older man. We change the headlight in the parking lot area and took the tool back inside to him. . This is the only AutoZone I will go to from now on. All the other AutoZone's don't treat you like this one does. . it's in a great location and plenty of parking.

Went to get new wipers. They were difficult to install. Thanks to Philip & Hailey for doing an excellent job and being so friendly.

Cary was so kind and helpful. He helped me change my oil, without me even needing to ask him. He was extremely kind, and honestly, he made my day! Great guy who has a helping spirit that encouraged me today. Thank you Cary!!

The folks here are awesome. They'll help you understand you problem with your vehicle and won't oversell you. They also have a sense of humor (without being rude) when you come in for the 3rd time for various other reasons that day.

Great experience! I went to Autozone for a new battery and James - store manager - went out of his way to help me. While he was installing the battery, we talked about our families, children, etc. I felt as if I had know James my entire life. As an older man, I have been to many businesses and felt like I was intruding, but not here. I will patronize this business again because of James and his kindness and extensive know-how and professionalism. Thanks James.

Love this AutoZone. Employees are always knowledgeable. Tonight I needed a battery jump starter, they immediately acknowledged me and pointed me to the right place. I got the Duralast 1000 jump starter. Started my car right up. I have been to this Autozone before and they are always friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them

I cannot say enough great things about Carson. My husband and I have a boat that often gives us a headache and finding the right parts can be a bit on the tricky side but Carson takes the time to help us, EVERY SINGLE TIME! We have been turned away from other Auto Zone stores as well as O'Reilly's and Advanced, simply because they did not want to take the time to look up item parts or even test our bad items. We were ready to give up but decided to try one last time since we were in the area and thank goodness we did, because there was Carson! Test that we were told they could not do, he did (it was as simple as changing out a testing wire so it would fit our item). We have went back several times to purchase additional items for the boat, and again he always willing to listen and help. He even took the time to inform his co-workers about us so if we came in while he was off, they could also be of assistance to us. As a HR Manager, I truly hope that the management team at Auto Zone acknowledges and invests in this kid's future with them.

Took my wife's car to get a check engine light code analyzed. Friendly and helpful folks. Suggested I try some high grade fuel system cleaner before spending big money on replacing a sensor.
