Ace Hdw of Independence

Took 3 window frames in to have screens replaced and 1 new build. I had no idea the time frame of this but was told it could take up to 2 weeks and the guy would call me when they were done. The next day I got a phone call saying they were ready to be picked up. The quality is fantastic and now the front of my house has all new screens. I can't remember the guy's name but he was very nice and helpful. 10 out of 10 will definitely recommend to anyone! Thank you

This place is great. They have always had what I was looking for. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. Prices are reasonable. In my opinion much better than going to those great big places.

Great store a little pricey but just around the corner and better than goin to the big box store just because you forgot something! And love the Grills and accessories! And the fill propane tanks

Visited on a Sunday morning in April during the covid-19 pandemic. Restrictions were being enforced so there was a short line - only about a 5 min wait. Staff was most helpful and very friendly. Someone always seems to be on hand when entering the store to ask if you need help.

This place is great and very helpful. I do a lot of refinishing projects and it's convenient for stain, sanding pads, etc. They are a little more expensive but they are always sending me coupons, which brings me back.

Using the magnolia paint on a commercial upgrade. And I love it. And Regina should be your go to for paint assistance. So patient and helpful. The best! So much more than what you get at lowes or Home Depot. Will definetly go back .

Wide variety of stock. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I needed wood stain and return because I bought the wrong color. Three staff members assist me but one young lady in particular was extremely helpful. She opened up about 8 different colors with a smile until I finally found the right one. Great local hardware store. My go to for simple home repair items. Keep your eyes open though, they sometimes have so.e great deals!

Went in and had 4 employees immediately ask if we needed assistance. One individual particular definitely went above and beyond and helped us create something very specific for our water pump. We will recommend to everyone.

Super friendly and very helpful. Very knowledgeable across a wide diversity of household product. A little expert in everyone. Easily seen from roadway with pentiful parking. Handicap accessible. Sells Kentucky Fishing and Hunting License with extra Trout Stamp and Doe Tags. Definitely a repeat. Highly recommended.

Tony that works there goes all out to help & then some more. Always ask is there anything else I can help you with today. A real out going personality & a plus to the company. I love having Ace hardware store here in Independence. Prices are high. The store is spot less. I like very clean & that's in any store I walk into. Rest of the staff is just as helpful & good personalities also Ace has my business.

While my time at ace was short, they made every second worth it. A tall boy with glasses and curly brown hair knew exactly what kind of screw i was looking for and it’s price. Very impressive store 5 stars!

We had to pick up some straw for the dogs area in the back yard. Ace Hardware is close to our house and since they have been getting more and more of what we need for our house, the choice was easy.
We got to Ace and were greeted by several happy employees, they went out of their way to help.
Ace Hardware seems to stock more items then in the past, and we are pleased.
