Food came out super hot and fresh, and my tofu was crispy! Food was great, and the customer service was even better! Me and my friends (a group of young women) were being followed to our car, so we asked an employee to walk us and they happily did so! It was beyond sweet and thoughtful of them to do so, and again, the food was great. Will definitely be going back!

This is " The Best Chinese Wok station in the Ville!!! I wish they had a location closer too me on Dixie highway...but it would possibly put all the others out of business..It was soo hood " I licked the bowls clean...try the Bomb " Pink girl Roll❣💃🏾..AMAZING along w/ Habachi mixed veggies...Yum 😋 Yummy

I’ve never actually been to their restaurant, but every time I’ve ordered delivery from Asian Wok, the service and food have been fantastic. The variety of cuisine is awesome. Salmon skin rolls? Yep. Get them. Steamed dumplings? Definitely. Garlic Sauce Delight? Tingly and delicious. Singapore noodles? Pretty good (add egg!) with a dollop of chili crisp from my pantry. Delivery is always crazy fast, and so friendly.

Asian Wok is amazing. I always get it delivered. They are suyper fast and the food is always hot and tasty. In person is great, too. Chicken on a stick is outta this world!

Best Chinese food in Louisville. Also, having had General Tso's chicken from numerous Chinese restaurants in New York City, Ann Arbor (MI), and Louisville, I can confidently say that Asian Wok makes the yummiest General Tso's chicken of them all! It's always flavorful, fresh, and has the perfect amount of crispiness. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the customer service over the phone is always polite.

Wonderful experience! Everyone is very kind, and the food is good. You definitely get the bang for your buck! The lady at the counter was so sweet and kind!

For my bank lunch, everyone ordered something…. 21 orders and everything was correct when I got back to the bank. It was really good, really hot and everything had a name with it. We will be back for sure.

My go to sushi and Asian food establishment. They have never messed up my order and the food is great for the price. I haven’t ordered something I didn’t like yet so I am always trying new things. The caterpillar roll is my favorite sushi roll. They will make any dish vegetarian.

We ordered delivery on New Year's Eve, and the service was fast, the driver super friendly, the food was hot and the ingredients fresh and perfectly prepared. Oh, and the portions were pretty huge. We had leftovers for two days. My fiancee especially loved the egg rolls. We are planning another Asian Wok night soon.

I have had delivery and Ive picked up my food. All great experiences. With delivery my food comes fast... Like in under 20 mins and the food is still hot when I get it. Pick up was fast and the place was clean as well as quick and friendly service. The food is priced just right. I love their crab rangoons... My fav thing to get there. Highly recommend.. They have a large menu so lots to try.

I love coming here and their portion sizes are amazing. Don't pass up the chance to try their delicious bubble teas which in my opinion are the best I've found so far in this city! Their food has not ever disappointed me in the duration of the time I have been coming here and it is always fresh and amazing. I highly recommend coming here to anyone looking for great tasting food!! They're also set up currently for covid conditions and offer DoorDash and Postmates. Can order online or in person.

Ordered via DoorDash -- delivery was fast and arrived piping hot. The crab rangoon was crispy and delicious. I wasn't a fan of the egg roll, and the fried rice alone was basic but good. The General Tso's Chicken is some of the best I've had: generous portion, flavorful sauce with the tiniest bit of spice, and the chicken stood up to the sauce without getting soggy. This is my new go-to place for Chinese takeout.

If i could give this place 10 stars I would. I was out looking for something to eat on my lunch break and found Asian Wok. My meal was ready in under 10 minutes. The gentleman working the ordering window was genuinely nice as well. To top it all off, the food was fantastic! They definitely won my vote for the best Asian takeout food in in/ around Louisville.

After our favorite Chinese takeout place closed, we were very happy to find Asian Wok. We've ordered from them multiple times in the past two years and are always satisfied. Tonight we put in a large order, with special instructions for extra broccoli on Kung Pao combo, and multiple appetizers. Unfortunately, the food that came did not include those special instructions or one of our appetizers. This has never happened before and I called to let them know the discrepancy. They offered me credit on the next order, but I asked if they were able to correct and delivered the missing items. Without hesitation they said it would not be a problem, and 20 mins later, we received an entire extra order of Kung Pao along with a double order of the missing krab Rangoon's, the delivery driver smiling and friendly, I made sure to give an extra tip. I had to write a review because this level of service is above average from anywhere else I've experienced. We've been loyal customers for a long time and will continue to be because how this business conducts themselves is so admirable, and every item is fresh and quality product. I commend the employees at Asian Wok for being so gracious and lovely and consistent. Side note- I was extremely kind, apologetic, and grateful over the phone and I think it made the world of a difference. Please be patient with these family owned businesses and keep in mind they are only human. The good ones will do exactly what Asian wok has done in this scenario. I hope they stay open forever because they will always be our number one! We love you A.W.!!
