Snappy Tomato Pizza

I ordered a medium with Xtra cheese, pepperoni, onion, and jalapeños. The pizza was delicious. 9.5/10
Nice price at about $22 bucks.
The staff was friendly as well.
I would definitely eat here again!

This is by far the best pizza and hoagies that I have ever eaten. The food is always hot and fresh and the employees are so friendly and welcoming. The mushroom hoagie is out of this world!! I highly recommend Snappys in Independence Kentucky.

The current owners are amazing folk. The location suffered in the past but no more. They make great pizza, their crust is what drives me, they use screens usually so no soggy bottoms here! Nice crispy but not burnt, and toppings are never stingy. Their staff is courteous and kind both in person and delivery.

Snappy tomato pizza is my favorite pizza in the NKY area. Good crust made in house, delicious sauce and perfect cheese. Get a personal size or a Beast for parties, they always have deals on the website too!

We have ordered Snappy quite a few times since they have "re-opened" and we have not been disappointed. The staff is super friendly especially the manager. The quality of the pizza and calzones have been great. If you haven't tried it since they re-opened you should - try the loaded baked potato and bacon - excellent!

Forget the old reviews looks like this Snappy is now Under New Management! The restaurant has gotten a facelift...new decor looks nice to sit and eat with the whole family. Also, I love it that the buffet is back with best price around the area that I could find. Staff was very pleasant and owner himself was serving the customers. Awesome friendly atmosphere.
Try the beast and chicken wings they are the best!!! (Brownie bites were a great little desert snack at the end). Definitely going back...soon.

Snappy’s is the most delicious restaurant in the state of Kentucky. Snappy service, welcoming staff, and delicious food. Best pizza I’ve ever had. Don’t judge it by the appearance, the food is amazing. I recommend the beast! Will be coming back! :))

In the past two months I have tried several times to eat at this location. One time, the person on duty shared that they only had enough sauce to make one extra large pizza. Upon leaving and walking to my car this employee soon followed and locked the door. Fast forward to tonight and per the hours on the website the location should be open. It’s 9:22P on a Saturday night and the place is dark and no one is there. I like Snappy’s, I like their buffets, their pizza, and general offerings, but I’m not driving to Ft Wright when there are other food options in the area, including an abundance of pizza options.

Update: 6/11/19, 8:06P. Stopped next door to get gas and thought I would give Snappy Tomato Independence another try. Doors locked. Website states open until 10P. I’m done and my guess if they are closed earlier than 10P most days, then others in Independence are done, too, with the place.

Update 2: 7/29/19. This location is only open daily from 4-7PM daily. Folks, you have 3 hours to get your food from this location and by the looks of other reviews, even this is questionable.

Update:8/7/2020, 6:59P. Visited the location and it’s under new management and ownership. Talk about a 180 degree change! Staff couldn’t be any nicer and kind and the food back to the quality I remember. So glad it’s back open and I’m thrilled to give the location the stars it now deserves - 5 stars. Welcome back, Snappy Independence!

I always come to this place for dinner and I have never had a bad experience. The hoagie I always get doesn’t take long to make and comes out extremely good. They have great customer service and very nice staff members. The brownie bites are also incredible! All around amazing place to eat at. I would definitely recommend this place!

Pizza was great. Good service. Hopefully they bring back the buffet for lunch soon, if so it will likely become my go to Friday lunch spot.

i love this place with my entire heart, we have been coming here since it reopened and will always come back. the food is hot and delicious every time and the staff is very friendly everytime i come into the store. the environment is extremely friendly :) 10/10 recommended

I have been to Italy four times, and every time I eat a lot of pizza. Even Italy pizza doesn’t live up to snappys! As my daughter, Margie Beth, says “thanks people of snappys, my belly is so happy now”

I was surprised to see that they are under new management, the pizza and the store has made so much improvements! Overall I had an amazing experience! I highly recommend!

They made a specialty pizza just by asking on the buffet. Always great service and friendly people. Don't forget the buffet it's cost efficient and good.

This location is awesome never had any issues always have food done when they say it will be with friendly staff to boot
