The Home Depot

We got some advice on remodeling our kitchen and ended up working with Home Depot to order our kitchen counters, backsplash, got a dishwasher and new sink and faucet. They are coming this week to do the installations. So far it has been a smooth process with great communication. The first dishwasher they delivered had a problem, so when we called and reported the issue they made it right. They brought out a new one within a week and now we are back in business! Totally satisfied so far!

I had a nice experience at the Crescent Home Depot tonight. I’m not sure I’ve ever shopped at that store before, but I drove from Cincinnati looking for shelving. An employee named Andy helped me find it, carried it for me, trimmed it, took it to the front desk, and eventually to my car. I was in and out of that store in 10 minutes and heading north! At a time when Customer Service seems to be at an all time low, Andy was a bright light!

The employees are super helpful and friendly every time I go to this store. We are remodeling a 1935 house and have had to find lots of weird items. The employees are always eager to help me look.

I’ve been going to this location for a couple of years now and I have to say the staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful. Our most recent visit was to purchase paint for our the exterior of the house. We have never done this before and the attendant was happy to help us with understanding all of our options. When it came time to mix the paint, they showed our daughter how paint was made and even let her help make some of the paint for the house. This made her day!

Love this store and especially the kids projects. Took my youngest and my grandson now

Have to admit this was this first Home Depot that was better organized and had people who actually asked if we needed help !!! That does not happen .

I was there yesterday, I was looking for the 3 ft lcd Halloween skeleton. They called a gentleman in the garden dept in which I didn’t get his name! He went above and beyond to find this Halloween decoration for me while others walked away before I could ask for help, I wish I could give a name. Thank you Sir for helping me!

The paint department is great! They match paints perfectly. They are always nice.

Home Depot always has exactly what I need. The place is always clean and well organized. But what makes me shop the Depot over their competition is the customer service. They are always helpful and friendly. And they are knowledgeable. I've never had an issue with a return, be it wrong item (my fault) or a defect (happened with a friend I was helping). My go to place for any home repair or tool purchase. Best price as well.

Every time my wife and I have anything we need done around the house, this is where we shop. They have everything you could want or need for in and around the house. Just today we needed some new LED light bulbs and they had just what we needed and for a super reasonable price. 4 LED bulbs for $7.98! Can't beat it!

I am always able to find what I need here. Military discount.

My favorite big box hardware store location in Northern KY. We brought our puppy and he was greeted warmly by many members of the staff. The employees are sometimes scarce due to a skeleton staff, but that is normal everywhere you go anymore, that being said, they are extremely helpful and usually fairly knowledgeable.

I can walk into Lowes and honestly tell most of their employees I know more than them and walk. I can't say that about Home Depot. They're better organized than Lowes too, not to mention a much better selection.

Wow! I was there today looking for a variety of items for our house. Had 3 different people come over to help me...did I look lost? One told me they have a new in-home service for home renovations like kitchens etc. Pretty cool. Got some samples and took lots of pictures. Got great ideas. Will be back soon to get spring flowers.

Always has what I need when the Houston Road location in Florence doesn’t!
Employees are extremely helpful & even pointed out that a sander I was purchasing was ringing up $5 more than it was supposed to be & walked to the checkout with me to ensure I got the right price for it!

Curbside Pickup = surprisingly fast!
(I waited 30+ mins at Florence before finally going inside to ask for my order)

The employee helped me with questions about my flooring. Very helpful she was forgot her name but she needs a raise lol
