AT&T Store

I want to provide a sterling review of this store, and in particular Jeff! I had experienced a really tricky issue between the website, the customer service department, the billing department, and the customer retention team. I had spent countless hours trying to resolve a bill credit issue. I finally went into the store to speak with Jeff. Jeff took ownership right away, and worked with me to properly route the issue for me. He was the most helpful employee I had interacted with through this entire situation.

Joey was excellent to work with and got both my wife and I in and out of the store in a timely manner. We both received upgraded phones and I needed to start a new business account and he handled everything with breeze. Joey is very to the point, highly knowledgeable and I will continue to go to his store for any of my future phone needs. Highly recommend!
