Best branch location around. Very professional and polite. I highly recommend this location if you're a chase customer.
I also highly recommend you AVOID all florence locations. I only stated that in the hopes this locations manager will see and influence corporate to change florence locations. The employees at both Florence branches are rude and very unprofessional. It's hard to believe it after seeing the standards they set for employees at this branch.

My mom's husband died and there were so many details and so many things we had to take care of. We were very overwhelmed and we sat down with their representative, Victoria and she walked us through everything and helped her change and set up everything. She went out of her way to get my elderly mom straightened out. We are indebted to her.

It’s a pretty standard bank. Nice that they had coffee and the wait wasn’t too much longer than you would expect. Actually, I really liked that they had Swiss Miss at the coffee station. Michele Stuhlfauth was very helpful and kind when setting up my checking account.

Very good customer service. I am hoping they install an ATM in the store too.

I've always hated Chase Bank, but today is a great example of WHY.

Called local branch to replace a card, had to push buttons to route call, listen to obnoxious recording about tax forms, then finally routed to rep. That rep couldn't handle it, so transferred us to the Philippines to a rep who asked for ssn... he couldn't find our acct, so said "sorry I can't verify your account" and tried to disconnect the call. We stopped him from disconnecting and he realized we needed to be in business account management, not personal. So he transfers us. My husband was driving and phone is on speaker so I read the EIN to him because he was driving and couldn't look. He refused to take it from me- even though I am also on the account. Then he says we need to go to the branch. Call the branch back, we need to go in person to do this with 2 forms of ID and they'll request one to be mailed. Husband is leaving for Florida, so lost cause. 17 min, 16 sec to get NOTHING handled.

So decided to deal with Heritage- my other bank- instead because we have a card we need to pick up from them anyway....

Called Heritage, they answer right away and immediately know who I am without me even telling them. Started to ask about the card and they said they still have it there waiting for us, just swing by the drive thru at our convenience. That call took 33 seconds, and it was only that long because I had to tell them I love them for solving all my problems so fast.
If you need a bank, totally recommend Heritage!
