Thompson Family Dental

I love this office, from the time you walk in the office you are greeted by Mary Lynn who has been so helpful to me in all the years going there, and when Dr. Thompson took over the practice I was hoping Mary Lynn would stay along with other staff, and they did. And both Dr. Thompsons are amazing, I have a fear of dentist, and I actually asked to have a tooth pulled ( might have been a wisdom tooth), and I was made so comfortable that I was not afraid at all.

I've been going to this office for a while now but Dr. Thompson recently took over the practice. I can't say enough good things about the office, really. Everyone there is friendly and helpful, the work I've had done was excellent (as far as I can tell), and it's the only dentist's office I've been to in my life where I feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. I wish every interaction with healthcare professionals could be this nice.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I had a couple severe chips in two of my front teeth and Dr. Thompson fixed them and they look amazing, I'm not embarassed to hide my smile anymore! This has been my family dentist office my entire life so the staff knows me and my family and they couldn't be nicer! I'm beyond thrilled with the work he did! Thank you so much!

Dr. Thompson and there team are amazing! I have recently went here. My other dentist retired and I honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to go too. Very professional, and make you feel right at home! Thank you so much.

Just got off the phone with Mary Lynn and she was BEYOND helpful. We came to find that my insurance wasn't accepted here but she helped me find a few other dentists to contact. If my insurance changes, I'm coming back here.

Receptionist is fantastic. Always nice and has a great memory of people. New dentist but he takes his time and is so nice. Good hygienists.

I give Dr Thompson 5 stars on all the work he had to do to correct the problems my previous dentist created.

If I could leave -1 stars I would. Let me start by saying at first I would have rated this practice a four. They seemed very nice and knowledgeable and someone you could trust with your family. Oh boy was I wrong! We recently found out that my husband was in so much pain because they had done botched fillings on my husband. Luckily they had sent us to someone else for a root canal and it was there we found out via X-ray that they had been negligent. There was a huge amount of decay left under the fillings. When I first called to share my concern the lady at the front desk was horrible (not Mary Ellen but the lady with the short short hair). I explained what was going on and one of her first things she said was “that doesn’t happen and I don’t know how you would prove that”. Well to make a long story short when I emailed the X-rays to them for the dentist to review I was right. They messed up and have to reimburse myself and my insurance now and that wasn’t easy to get them to do even thought they were negligent. It wasn’t so much that they messed up because stuff happens but it was their response. Fyi it’s not the front desk persons license on the line you might want to teach them how to handle situations like this should they arise again. Anyways just beware and take what you will from my families experience. They are very clean though I will give them that and Mary Ellen is very nice

whoa super rude and impatient I was calling to set an appointment she heard I needed teeth pulled and cut me off to say they dont pull teeth and hung up without letting me finish i needed an appointment and a densit referl to the oral surgeon but I will call someone else very rude receptionist
