The first week of Nov, 2023, we used the awesome Smooth Move team to move our heavy house items to our new home. They were hard working, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. If you are looking for a team to move your valuables, the guys at Smooth Move are the ones to choose. When I commented that a couple of pieces of our furniture were antiques and family treasures and asked that they treat them with TLC, they responded that they treat every piece of their clients' belongings as if they are family treasures. And believe me, they did! Not one piece broken or damaged and everything arrived in perfect condition. We give them five gold stars (out of five). Thanks guys!

I was SO happy with Tony and his crew! His responsiveness from the first moment of my call was so fast, which was really needed for me at this time. He understood my situation, and quickly handled it, communicating effectively and getting back to me in a timely manner. The amount that I was quoted was fair, and I was scheduled very quickly. It wasn’t an easy project, but great care was taken so that no damage was done to my furniture, and the crew worked very hard to get the job done. I will recommend them every chance I get!

Smooth Move delivered a fantastic experience moving between my old and new apartment. Jason was very cordial in helping manage the payment, making me aware of the logistics, while Simon (apologies I can’t remember the names of the other two movers) were all very helpful and friendly.
In addition, getting an extra mover without an increased charge along with going over the 2 hour payment without an extra charge shows how they went above and beyond with professional, helpful service at an affordable price. I definitely recommend them for any moving job.

Tony is timely, thorough, and honest. His team is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, hard working, and courteous. Prices were simple and fair and the move was fast and smooth. Tony’s crew helped me move from an apartment (second floor) to a house in 2 hours. The crew (Jason, Dominic, Kyle, and Simon) were so fast yet careful and thorough!! Besides the furniture, I had everything else previously packed. The crew was extra careful with the boxes that I had marked as “fragile”, and they put everything exactly where I wanted it in the house. I would recommend Smooth Move for anyone looking to hire movers. High quality work at a great value! I would hire them again in a heartbeat for future moves.

We hired Tony and his crew to pack our belongings from our 2,900 sq ft house to a storage unit, and the entire process was SEAMLESS!! Tony did a quick and thorough walkthrough the week before our move and gave us a reasonable flat rate fee. The morning of, Tony and his team arrived early and started working like a well-oiled machine. Their communication with each other and with me was effective and very much appreciated. We hope they can help us again with moving our belongings from storage to our new house in a few months!! Smooth Move was fantastic. All four movers were professional, efficient, friendly and got the job done without a hitch. They wrapped all of our furniture, disassembled, and reassembled, and we’re very careful with everything during the move. Would highly recommend this company for any moving job!

Trust is hard to come by for me. I have heard the mover stories. I have been cheated in life. I trust no one. I had three estimates. One was jakey. Didn't like the conversation. Another was with a major moving line who would mix my stuff with others going to the same city. No way. Smooth Move wasn't cheapest or the most expensive quote. What I wanted was door to door, one fixed price, fixed pick up and delivery date, with a minimum of contract caveats. Tony came out and quoted a price and insurance rate. He said he personally would accompany this interstate move from Ohio to SC. Really? Well okay. That calmed me and tipped me to sign. We shook hands. I signed. Half $ on pick up half $ on delivery. His team was extremely professional, courteous and CAREFUL with my belongings. Densely packed. Very well padded. They were punctual and did no damage to my brand new house's wall or floors. These guys saved me!!! After getting the run around from All My Sons and having my move cancelled I got a referral to call Tony. It was 5pm and he got me scheduled for the next day! Not only were his guys here at 8:30AM the next day, they got me moved in less than 2 hours and I saved nearly $300 over AMS. I see why my friend only uses them. So will I! Jason and the crew were amazing! Thank you soooo much!

Smooth Move was professional and straight to the point. They worked quickly and efficiently to move my things. I have antiques and I felt like they took excellent care to make sure that no damage would happen to them. Pricing was fair and Tony answered all my questions. I am a repeat customer and my second experience with Smooth Move was just as fantastic as the first! Tony is friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He made sure to communicate with me in the days leading up to my move on what information he needed and when to expect the crew arrival. The four-man crew led by Dominic arrived on time and did an excellent job getting all my furniture and boxes loaded and unloaded carefully and safely. The entire process was quick, seamless, and well worth the price. I could not be more satisfied with the service and would absolutely use Smooth Move for any future moves!

The three men that helped us moved were great !!! I had missed placed my phone gave so no communication then they had wrong address and still showed up five stars for that !!! Not one thing got broke during the move five stars for that and very trustworthy thank you

I had a large and heavy piece of furniture that I needed moved so the painters could do a wall in my living room. Wasn't sure who to call. By chance, my sister found Smooth Move online and saw they were actually open for calls on Sunday until 8pm. I called and talked to a gentleman by the name of Tony and, after I sent him a photo of the piece I needed moved, he offered to come by the next day to get a better feel as to what he/they could do to help. To my surprise, carefully, he managed to move that big, heavy bookcase on his own. Talk about customer service! Something like this doesn't happen much today. Call in the evening and the next day problem solved.

We had a fantastic experience with Smooth Move movers. From the initial contact with Tony to the last item moved off their truck, they were accommodating and made the process super easy. Everyone was professional and friendly. The crew worked quickly and dang, they were hard workers! They finished ahead of schedule too. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We were so pleased with our experience that we hired them again to move the last of our stuff today! Hoping we have the same kind of experience!

Tony called me within a few hours after filling out the online inquiry form. He was helpful and upfront about the companies policies. In the days leading up to our move he confirmed multiple times when the crew would be there and what we should expect. Dominik and the crew that helped us move were amazing. They were professional arrived on time and worked their butts off. They moved our large 2br 2ba in about 3 hours total. Highly recommend!
