Went with a friend who needed to exchange some items. Duluth has a generous return policy aimed at providing great customer service and creating a loyal customer base. I can see why many of my friends are becoming Duluth fans. Their products are pricey, but also great quality. Definitely for those who love outdoors and/or those who need quality outdoor work clothes. There are both men's and women's clothing and shoes available. It's worth checking out.

Wow! I stopped in on a whim. I had never been in one and was curious. The quality of everything in the store seemed top shelf. Bonus the entire store was 30% off. Plus being a first time customer, if you let them put you in the system, an extra 10%. Wow. I got some flannel shirts a bought momma a sharp sweater.

I absolutely love the Florence Kentucky Duluth trading store. Fantastic manager, Sarah and what a great team of employees around her. Great products always love going to Duluth Florence Kentucky check it out.

Great products. You get what you pay for. The prices reflect the quality and they are worth ever penny. I've been wearing their Fire Hose Pants for 3 years for work and won't wear anything else.

Finally made our way to this cool store. Great stuff great selection. Not to mention friendly employees. This is my husband's new favorite store for sure. Highly recommend it.

Incredible clothes and remarkably high prices. Arguably, a case of you get what you pay for. You can get decent deals in their clearance section. Super friendly and engaging staff - some of the most impressive staff I've seen anywhere, and that applies across the two stores I've visited.

This was my first visit to a Duluth. In addition to clothing, they offer many other interesting things for sale. I ended up getting some chocolate covered sunflower seeds for stocking stuffers.

Ashley provided an astonishingly good level of customer service. I remember when good service in a clothing store was the rule and not the exception, so when I judge service I have high expectations, even though good customer service is so scarce. What a refreshing experience. Truth is, while the quality of Duluth clothing is high, I am not a big fan of their styles. I will shop and recommend this store anyway. Thank you for your assistance today Ashley! I have been back to this store several times and each time the staff has been most helpful. On most recent visit Kayla helped me secure items I had been searching for almost a year. The associates at this location are wonderful.

Staff was very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Great clothes. Prices aren't cheap but the clothes are extremely well made and the sizes are correct. I love this place.

I live in Minnesots and have been to all of them. They are a little spendy but we'll worth the money. I have never had any complaints. The people that work there are very attentive to your needs. Well worth the visit!

Cheerful greeting as I entered, Emerly was incredibly helpful. She listened to what I was looking for, and came back just a few minutes later with 3 options. She was nearby when we had questions, patient and friendly. Very happy first time customer!

Here's some great customer service for you. I purchased three pairs of jeans online. When trying them on they were two big. I took them back to the store to exchange them today. It happens they had a 30% off sale. They exchanged them and gave me a credit. Thank you Duluth. Customer for life.

Great store! Quality merchandise and very friendly and helpful staff.

We have used this companies products to complete embroidery orders for our clients. Their clothing items are always high quality and never have any issues when they are embroidered. We have actually purchased a couple of their shirts for our own personal use after seeing their quality and what they have to offer.

Business was slow on Tuesday at 4pm, so the sales staff was beyond helpful. We spent an hour looking around and was asked at least 4 times if we needed any help or had questions. Clean and organized store with a super friendly staff. This was our first visit to this store, but won't be our last. Great selection!
