We could not have been more pleased with the work that Jon and Meghan performed during the purchase and sale of our homes. Jon has a very professional demeanor, but also has an "everyman" quality to him. He is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the selling/buying process. Jon or Meghan were present at every showing, providing feedback to my wife and I. Being at the showings also allows them to highlight the qualities of the home to buyers. This was new to me. My previous experience with realtors was to price the home, put a lock box on the door and hope it sells. Sothebys actively markets the home (professional photos/zillow updates/etc). Bottom line-Jon works very hard to sell your house at the best price possible. He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and well connected. Highly recommend.

John Mand purchased a home in our neighborhood that he flipped for commercial use even though our deed restrictions state that the homes are for residential use only. He said he would provide contact information to the neighborhood at our hearing last week and did not. He was rude, is unprofessional and a bully. I've heard this same thing from others in the community and real estate industry. Stay away.
