Papa Johns Pizza

I love papa J pizza the crust is very good and always hot made just the way I like it.

this papa john's always delivers my food fresh, hot, and quickly. the drivers are always nice. pizza has plenty of toppings and they always give a free garlic sauce, which is the best garlic sauce in the game. i have never gone to the store, but delivery service is on point

I ordered my food and was greeted by staff members who were very polite . My order was right on point even more than I expected as well as delicious ! Pat and the rest of the papa John's team are exceptional employees . This will be my spot now bc of great food and exceptional staff members .

Under new management. Spoke with the manager about the issues I'd been having, he was helpful and wanted to make things right. I placed another order, which arrived in a timely fashion and got my pizza hot and perfect! Just like I remember Papa John's. I'll be ordering from them more in the future. Try the Garlic Knots.. They practically melt in your mouth!

I love thier pizza! , it is super fresh , they use a generous amount of sauce . My 7 year old is very picky about what pizza she will eat. I have only had an issue twice about my order. Papa John's had no problem fixing it.

I just finished devouring the pizza I ordered. It was hot,fresh and delivered quickly. I ordered online, so I don't know what the call in service is like, but my delivery person was friendly and pleasant. I will definitely recommend this location!

Cassie at the Covington store was amazing helping me with my order. I called corporate and they wouldnt help me at all. I told corporate they make there employees jobs harder. Corporate wanted me cancel my whole order then put it back in. They need get it together thank God for the managers at the store. I eat at papa John's atleast 3 times a week my favorite pizza but corporate better be glad the store has good management team cause he had me so mad I almost canceled my order. Thank you cassie for helping me and being understanding.

I ordered late so my order came late and the pizza was cold, but I called about it and the manager was extremely nice about the situation and gave me a credit. The next pizza was completely delicious, they still have me as a customer. Thanks guys 😊

Always a good experience unless you get the guy Sean at the call center. It takes forever to place an order and he has even just canceled my order without any confirmation from me.

I have been ordering from this restaurant for 2.5 years now and have had a great experience every single time. Even when an order has been wrong they are so fast to fix it and make it right. Just thought i would let y'all know how great this restaurant is

Thay have the best hogies around very clean and friendly people love this place
And there not expensive I always get the steak hoodie with mushroom sauce onions and cheese

So I haven't ordered cheesy bread and I was waiting and waiting and waiting and the lady had called me and told me to meet her because they are so busy so I met her in the parking lot and she said it was on the house because of being so late so I want to give her a thumbs up for her service thank you

Their pizza is really good, I think it is better than domino's, the cheesy is so so good. Customer and delivery service is the best.

Been a great place over the years but most of all I love that cheeseburger pizza it would be my first choice over all the pizza places in the area

Made me a stuffed crust pizza end up being small then gave me a good one for free inreturn of the other pizza
