Well I just went in to get a meal for supper self check out pretty fast

Kroger's is my favorite place of all times been going there for over 20 something years so I like the one in Latonia

Cool spot , had everything I needed including sushi and ice cream

There is a cashier named art I was short 2.02 and I ask him can I remove something he gave me the change instead, it’s just nice to know ppl are out there still like that I will return and give him a good tip. I will make sure higher ups know about this also as I work for Kroger delivery he had no idea.

Extremely small, but for the area that it's in, not surprised at how little it is.. They were packed with 10 lines open with a lot of people. The staff was kind and informative, I very much appreciate the pharmacist this afternoon.. She was so helpful to us and all of our questions and concerns!! Thank you so very much! ♥

I found what I needed fairly quickly and service was good and check out person was very polite.

Love my Krogers. I know everyone and they know my family.

Pretty good prices really good digital deals when using the app most of the employees that work the are curtious and knowledgeable and there products they sell and where the products are located...

Didn't shop last time but babysitting was a blast from the past. The slim Jim wine the battle by a two year old

I stopped by this location quickly and asked a question of a young gentleman, later identified as Andrew, in the produce department. His positive demeanor during a simple conversation struck me so that I called to compliment him. It was a breath of fresh air to speak with a young person who maintained eye contact and actually seemed to be engaged in speaking. It was a positive note in the day.

I do a lot of my shopping at the Newport Kroger. When I do pass by there to pick up a few items, I like going there. I like smaller stores bc I feel less anxious. The employees are friendly and I think it’s a nice, clean and fast check out store.

Jamar was my cashier tonight. This young man was greeting customers, helping with heavy cart items, and bagging for a line full of guests on his own! (With a smile.) Promote him! This store needs his kind of positivity.

This is where my lovely wife works, The store is great , however it's in a ruff neighborhood.
So you should be aware of the types of customers. It's every day someone overdosing,or caught shoplifting.
So use care when entering lot & store....

I love that kroger gives our youth such great job opportunities. I love our Covington Kroger. Many friendly kids work here. Very polite. Respectful. Many know their shoppers and are very assisting to our elderly! Pleasant experiences. Sometimes crazy packed but very convenient. I get my groceries, household items, prescriptions, bakery, deli, and many other products there, lots if deals and savings.

"Kroghetto" compared to some other Krogers or Kroger SuperStores it has a limited selection BUT the people working here more than make up for it with their friendly, helpful attitude!

Gotta go 5 stars for my local K. This place has upped its game since the renovations. Doesn't have the biggest selection but it's easy in and out. Great manager's special selection. Gets crowded at the beginning of the month. You will grow old waiting at the deli counter. They have a number counter, but no one uses it.

Friendly customer service... kind of small, but the shelves are fully stocked and the overall store is clean. Wish they had more of a selection though.

I love my ghetto Kroger! They may not be as big as the other krogers buuuuut the staff is sweet and very helpful and the store stays clean and organized! They have awesome prices, and a cozy environment.
