I had a great experience with Big John movers. I had Chris, Randy, and Carlos. They came in and got right to work. They were careful and considerate with all of my stuff and got everything put exactly where I wanted and they were super efficient. Their price was more than fair, especially based on the other quotes I got. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for movers in the future.

I booked Big John Movers to help me with a cross-country move. Moving 2300 miles takes a strong team, and I couldn't have asked for better service. I've had plenty of mediocre moving companies over the years, but I wanted something more reliable. I went with Big John's due to the rave reviews, and I am so glad I hired them! They must be one of the best moving companies out there. I can't sing enough praise for my crew -- Shane, Drew, and Nate offered stellar customer service, took care of my belongings, and were so friendly! Shout out to the team; you guys made my move so much less stressful and were fun to chat with. They had to wait for almost an hour at the Uhaul facility for paperwork/access to Ubox Containers, but they were so patient.

I would highly recommend Big John Movers for anyone who prioritizes efficiency and reliability for a big/complex move. The cost was a little higher than some other companies, but the service was definitely worth it. If you get lucky enough to land on Shane, Drew, and Nate, you'll be as lucky as I was to have an awesome crew.

We moved from a second/third floor duplex to another hundred year old house. They were so fast and efficient, my husband and I couldn’t believe it. They also took good care to make sure our items were secured and our floors/walls remained undamaged. They were so reasonable and worth every single penny.

We had to clean out Mom's apt. with furniture going to multiple destinations. Austin, Adrian and Keith did a fantastic job with keeping it organized and delivered in a timely manner. They were pleasant and good humored. I highly recommend this company!

Austin, Andre and Scott were great movers. Arrived ahead of schedule, took great instruction with respect to move and finished faster than I expected.

We needed help moving all of the contents of our basement into our garage so that we could have repairs done to our foundation. My husband was injured at the time and unable to lift, and there was no way I could do it all by myself. So we hired Big John Movers to come out and help. They were on time, professional, and treated our stuff like it was their own. They worked efficiently and quickly, and the way they were able to pack our stuff into the garage was so efficient that we were still able to park a car in our garage. We had them come back a few weeks later to help us move everything back down, and it was amazing that they pretty much remembered where everything went. If we ever need movers in the future, we will look no further than Big John!

Big John movers were prompt, detailed and so very careful with our belongings. They moved furniture from my house and a storage unit that I couldn’t find anything in; into another storage unit. I can actually get into every box and see everything now! They’re moving magicians! They carefully wrapped everything in moving blankets making sure not to damage anything. I recommend BIG JOHN to everyone looking for movers throughout Cincinnati.

We hired Big John Movers to unload our truck into our new apartment. This was our first trip using movers and they were great! Their office called the day before to confirm the unloading time which was very reassuring. Austin H and Drew arrived on time and unloaded our truck in just two hours. They had no problem getting our heavy boxes and furniture up the stairs, around a tight corner, and into our apartment. We'll definitely have Big John Movers at the top of our list for any future moves.

I have used Big Johns Movers three times and they never disappoint. They are efficient, professional and always keep you in the loop with how things are going with the move. I most recently worked with Larry, Paul and Vada and I could not have asked for a better group of gentlemen to have me move. I will definitely continue to use their services for all my future moves.

Look no further. Very professional and skilled. I had a challenging move where numerous large pieces of furniture had to be hoisted to a second floor. Larry and his crew Vada, Randy, and Chris were incredible! Larry was very knowledgeable and experienced. He was able to problem solve and get all my furniture moved safely. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were so kind and friendly throughout the whole process. I will definitely be contacting this company the next time I move!

My husband and I used Big John Movers to unload two 15ft PODS after a cross country move. Pat, Andre and Vada were AWESOME! They showed up on time, were professional, efficient and very careful with both our stuff and the hardwood floors in our new home. Pat was a great crew leader and navigated the stormy weather in the midst of our move like a pro. Would highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them again in the future.

This is my second time using Big John since I had a good experience the first time. And this was no different! I had a wonderful experience this time with Randy, Johnny, and Bo. They were fast, professional, and friendly. My apartment has LOTS of steps and I had some heavy pieces of furniture but the crew went to work without complaint. My 5 year old son wanted to “help” and they were so patient and kind with him. Truly some amazing people working at Big John. The rates are fair and worth every penny. I’d 100% use them and recommend in the future.

This was one of my best moving experiences to-date. Shane, Justin, and Demetrius arrived on time and gave me a 20 minute head’s up before they arrived. They worked so quickly and took extreme care with my bulky items (even up and down 6 flights of stairs with no elevator). They were done in 2 hours and even helped me set up my bed frame. I will 100% use Big John Movers in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Big John Movers! I've never hired a moving company before, but after sustaining an injury earlier this year, I knew I needed help. I moved furniture and tons of boxes from a large apartment to a three-story townhouse and the team was just awesome. They were helpful, so polite, and just kind.
