Sharon is the lady who answers the phone and she is very helpful. I wish they would fix the self pay kiosks on freedom way though.

I had an issue with a ticket and I called and spoke to a lady , Sharon Patterson. She was very courteous and very helpful. I waited only a couple minutes before she came to the line, even though it was nearly closing time. She listened to my problem, understood, and clearly and slowly explained what I needed to do. I was very happy with her service. Thank you, Sharon

Far more responsive than CPD when called.

I feel like the CPE has done a lot for this city. They are dealing with new technologies, and transportation systems. There is a complaint however about the due diligence and enforcement of teaching the agents how to process meters being paid for through their phone app. I feel like there are people who are receiving what amounts to an ignorance tax, or maybe just a laziness tax by agents who are only checking the physical meter without consulting the paid through process given by the phone app. Receiving a ticket after walking around, attending an event, or paying attention in class can be very stressful. I hope agents are being encouraged to be mindful of checking if the meter spots are being paid on through the phone app before typing up a ticket.

Called to explain how my car was pushed to create room for another car to park. They parked next to a fire hydrant and took 4 times explaining this. Finally she said she'd send a parking enforcer but can't do anything about it. I asked her why not issue a citation. Must hire folks who have commen sense

Had a car partially blocking my driveway. It has been there for over 18 hours. Cops ticketed last night. This is a no parking zone with sign saying do not block driveways. This morning I call again. They send a traffic enforcer. What a joke. He was rude and condescending to me. Made me out to be the bad guy. Said I could still get out of driveway. I live on a busy street with a blind curve and backing out (which is only option) is hazardous at best even without a car to maneuver around. He gave them another ticket but basically blew me off and was nasty about it. What a waste of taxpayer money. You are supposed to have unlimited access to your property by law. So it’s not me who is in the wrong. I don’t want to see someone get their car towed but when they just leave it there what can you do? City not helpful at all.

Parked on Vine street last night, nothing wrong. Parking enforcement puts up signs for no parking the following morning for the Pride parade, not the night before. Wake up and car is towed at 9AM. They are stealing peoples hard earned money. Not my fault they put signs up the MORNING OF and not the night before. This is crazy wrong!

Robbing residents for city funds and probably lining their own pockets too! 6 tickets, 2 for expired tags which I can understand. The other 4 for being in an expired zone ( which I sit directly behind from). Not to mention, by the same officer, on consecutive days (Mon-Sat). Did I fail to mention, where I was ticketed at, was in front of my house. The same house I've stayed in for over 40+

If you’re going to tow people for parking on the street then PUT UP SOME SIGNS THAT SAY NO PARKING. It’s not my problem you can’t put signs up and keep them up. Not my problem but it is my $200 you stole from me. Absolutely ridiculous. I’d pay if it was a real infraction and I actually was at fault. Do you idiots think I’m a mind reading god who can just magically know that there were signs there the day before? It’s highway robbery and blatant theft. Hope those boots taste good and you can’t sleep at night because you spend your days screwing over your fellow citizens.

I live in the Clifton area and they have been nonstop giving out parking tickets left and right. I’ve had numerous parking tickets just for parking in front of my own house. It’s ridiculous.

Its surprising to me that they have a 1.7 stars ...I thought that it would lower then that!! Cincinnati used to be a nice place it was one for people to visit and had a lot of things to do and enjoy....It has now turned into nothing more then dope central and if you aren't selling dope on the corner or getting high on the street then you are more than likely going to be harassed by the parking enforcement or so called law enforcement... I recently received a ticket after relying on information from City of Cincinnatis website and after taking a half-day off of work and going through the proper steps to resolve it and even showed the lady on a link from their website where it states parking times and yet they still think I'm going to pay it when there was no time on the meter screen itself or any info anywhere else on the meter...Just another perfect example of another reason people dont want to go Downtown!!!!

Even when you park in the correct spot you’ll still get a ticket so don’t waste your time on these people, all they do is over abuse their power. Their never hold accountable for what they are doing to the people of OTR. Something needs to change.

The biggest joke of the city. All they want is your money, they will even ticket you for parking in places where signs have been removed. Once you go to argue the ticket, they are always right regardless of the circumstance. Biggest waste of my time. It's always great seeing the "enforcers" parked in marked NO PARKING spots, but they don't have any rules to follow. They just sit back and steal hardworking people's money.

I wish I could give -0 stars!! I pay to park,I called because a motorcycle was sharing the last space with me, & when the"parking enforcement" came all he said was that technically he's not in my spot he's on the edge & motorcycles are zoned to sometimes park free. I said is this a free zone? He said no. I said so I have to pay and he never does? He said yeah he's not taking up that much room. all he did was get back in the car and drive off, no ticket, nor warning given.

Will give you tickets for parking in front of your own house but if you report someone that's blocking a fire hydrant or abandoned vehicle they do not care.

The city of Cincinnati wants people to visit and shop however the parking situation is one that makes one not want to visit. Outrageous ticket amounts to pay for the cities poor choice of transportation is yet another way to scare people away. Great job!

6/17 - They are beginning to ticket again. The parking guy I spoke to said they should have been paying meters during the quarantine. I asked him to give people notice before ticketing after 3 months, people have been out of work etc. He said to take it up with the city. What a guy.

They have plenty of signs that say “pay to park” on Race street, but no meters anywhere in sight. How can they legally ticket people for not paying when there are no meters available for them to pay?
