The staff here is super friendly and professional. It is an exemplary utility company. You can pay your bill there in person with cash or credit card. It is located inside the city building in the Quadrangle. There is plenty of free parking available. Keep in mind that they are closed on major holidays.

These guys are crooks, not only is the price ridiculous, but half the time you don't even get a bill, so then next month you get late fees, then they put on their bill in writing that (failure to receive Bill does not excuse payment) sounds like premeditated to me. #sus #classactionlawsuit

The people have generally been friendly in the past, but I have to say that I think it's really rather sad that I'm getting charged a full $38 for a month that I'm not even living at the house that's being billed. This, along with the outrageously high property taxes as compared to other nearby cities are making me glad I moved out of Jeffersonville.
