Quality Inn & Suites Florence - Cincinnati South

Great experience and the staff was incredibly welcoming. We will be returning in the future. The room was very clean and surprisingly a lot nicer than we expected. 10 out of 10 would recommend especially for the price.

We were seeking an inexpensive hotel for a two night stay in Florence, KY. We weren’t expecting much, but were pleasantly surprised. Grounds and rooms were clean. Hotel was quiet and no road noise or noise from neighbors above or next to us. We are light sleepers so this was a HUGE plus! Hotel staff was super friendly and check in/out was super quick and easy. We will definitely keep this hotel as a first choice for our quick trips back to Florence!

So far our stay has been fabulous. The location is great the beds are comfortable and the staff members have been great. A special thank you to Jeff at the front desk I needed to mail a postcard and I wanted it to get back to Georgia before we did. Jeff was more than happy to show us where the outgoing mail was but informed us that the mail had just been picked up he then gave us directions to the post office which was just a short distance from the hotel and all this without even having to ask now that's hospitality! I can't remember the name of the clerk that checked us in but she was awesome as well and offered assistants to us with our luggage. Keep up the excellent biscuit & gravy and hospitality.

Room was a little dated but was very clean staff was friendly breakfast was a complete meal there is nothing negative about our stay. Would stay here again

Adrian at the front desk is great and very helpful. I travel 3 weeks out of each month and I can’t explain how pleasant the experience was at this hotel. If you are in the Florence/Cincinnati area this is a must stay!

Celeste, Alexis, Jeff and Karan, made my stay at Quality Inn feel as if I was the only guest. They were helpful beyond customer service expectations. Each greeted me as I was leaving for my amazing adventures and always checked and asked if my adventures were what was expected!!! The breakfast was wonderful, the room was always clean, and the hospitality superb, not only that my stay didn't cost a fortune. If anyone is heading to Florence, Kentucky Quality Inn is the place to stay.
Side note: this was not the hotel I had booked online, Roadway Inn was where I booked; but the manager was so rude when I called to check something. I decided not to stay there. Then began a panic process of trying to find a room when I would check in 2 days. I called Quality Inn and told Alexis about my spell dilemma. Within 10 minutes she not only assured me I had a room but also made sure it was affordable.

This was a second choice for me. Should have been a first choice after what was experienced at the SureStay (see review).

Upon entry the lobby looked clean and welcoming. Went to the front desk, and Adrian (I think) was extremely pleasant and helpful. Fortunately they had a room for the night. Everything looked clean going to the room. Once in the room everything looked and smelled fresh. Grateful to have a place to lay my head. Also, parking lot seems to be lit well.

Manager Adrian was EXCELLENT!!! He knows customer service and keeps the place running smooth. All of the staff we helpful and pleasant. Rooms were clean and well kept. Breakfast was great only thing missing were hard boiled eggs. Thanks Adrian and staff for a wonderful experience. This will be our spot when we bring another group to see the Ark and Creation Museum.

Very clean, nice people are friendly and helpful. They have a very good breakfast to start your day off. We are very pleased will be staying with them again.

Very clean and well laid out facility. The room was updated. Super friendly staff. Adrienne was very helpful in directing us to the store and car wash. Breakfast was waffles and syrup, choice of wrapped muffin or croissant breakfast sandwich, oatmeal, fruit, juice, coffee. All in all it was an enjoyable stay.

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast and breakroom. Dining places within the area.

Marqueta, the front desk attendant, was absolutely amazing! We walked in around 10PM and she was extremely friendly and helpful! Hospitality was top notch! Clean room, comfortable beds and pillows, great rates, conveniently located between The Ark Encounter and The Creation Museum. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a nice, clean, well-run hotel and great value for the price. I stayed with my two daughters and the property felt secure. There's noise from the freeway, so if you're a light sleeper that might bother you. But the rooms were nice, comfortable beds, all the amenities, well cared for. Breakfast in the morning was very light -- coffee, juice, donuts, and fruit. But for the price we paid, it was nice to have that included, and handy to have something quick to grab as we ran out in the morning. I was concerned that employees and guests weren't wearing masks -- I know they can't do much about the visitors, but I think staff should at least wear face coverings when they're dealing with guests and with food. But they otherwise seemed to be making an effort around social distancing and sanitizing, and we were comfortable staying there (we brought our own disinfectant wipes and sanitizing spray).

This is an excellent hotel.
Stayed 2 nights, new years eve plus one.
The room was super clean with newer furniture and appliances.
Breakfast was very good, the waffle maker with link sausage and scrambled eggs was my choice. They also had dry cereal, rolls, toast, bagels, fruit and yogurt.
Housekeeping did a wonderful job with the room. You just cant go wrong with this, plus I got a great deal on Priceline.

The hotel staff were great. Jeff and Adrian went out of their way to help. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The breakfast was adequate and it is a smoke free hotel. I will definitely stay there again. The hotel is just a really nice place to stay.

Wonderful! From the moment we arrived the front desk clerk was great and took care of us. The room was very nice, everything worked and it seemed very clean. The breakfast area stayed stocked and the worker was attentive and cleaned tables as people left. A great stay from start to finish.

We really enjoyed one 1 night stay here on our way down 75 to Florida. Recently renovated and our room was very clean and the King bed was very comfortable. We had our small dog with us and they were very accomadating.
Free breakfast in the morning had a selection of hot and cold items. All was tasty and enough to start our day. The staff were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Will stay again. Cheers and thank you!! 😁👍🇺🇸🇨🇦
