R & M exceeds expectations! Even with limited workers, Roger and his crew were responsive, reasonably priced and extremely fast getting my truck in and out for repair…… if they don’t answer the phone right away, don’t worry about it, they are working in back and will get back to you. I thought my truck would be there all week and it was done in one day. Highly recommend!

My new car was rear ended. I couldn't see any damage, but wanted some reassurance there wasn't anything wrong. Roger was so nice and looked it over for me the any damage I wouldn't know to look for!

Roger is professional, more than fair, and goes out of his way to make things right. We had repairs done from an accident and the cost was below the insurance reimbursement with all parts, labor and paint to do it right. And further we had one week before a planned trip with our trailer. He not only fixed it but made sure everything else was in order to have a safe family trip. We would not go anywhere else. Trust is not easily found in the body shop world, but Roger has ours and our family's for sure!

I was very inconvenient when the trunk door couldn't be opened during the road trip, but fortunately, I met Mr. Roger's enthusiastic help when I was rejected by many car repair shops! Mr. Roger repaired the boot door very professionally and efficiently. Roger is a very warmhearted and kind person! He also declined our payment many times and said he was just helping with a small favor. Fully recommend this place for car repair and Mr. Roger. Thank you so much 🤞🏼

Was looking for a good paint guy for my rare Subaru parts and I came across these guys, I took my parts in and they were super helpful, and Roger killed it with customer service and laying down the paint, now my parts all look amazing and I can't wait to get them on!
Will be coming back with more stuff and recommending R&M to my buddies!

I have never needed work done on a car so wasn't sure what to expect when I had to replace my door. Roger was excellent - attentive and efficient but more importantly, he fixed the door perfectly and made it look like it came with the car. He is a true magician - it blew my mind how well he matched the color, etc. I will recommend him to everyone who needs work done on their car.

Roger did a great job putting my car back together after a suicidal deer chose my car as his mark. Roger worked with my insurance and the whole process was as painless as possible. Hopefully I won't need an auto body shop again in the near future but if I do I'll choose R&M.

Roger's the nicest guy he was patient with all my questions I will definitely be using him for all my paint jobs. Whent there again today for a quote on my chevy and even though hes crazy busy he was still very easy to work with.

Roger is super nice. While we are traveling with unopenable pick-up trunk & no store is willing to take our problem seriously, Roger offers his help to us and fix our trunk quickly & professionally!

Wow what an amazing place. I highly recommend Roger. I was for sure it would take weeks to get my truck back but it was done in only a few days ( they had it fixed before I had the insurance check). Hopefully I don't need to have body work done on another vehicle but if I do you can count on this is the place I will be going. I took a chance on a local business and I am so glad I did.

My husband and I were heading toward Idaho on a road trip and our front bumper come loose. Somehow we don't notice that someone had hit our car while it was parked and cracked the splash guard on the driver's side and the entire thing was coming loose. We dropped by R&M since we made a pit stop in Pleasant View and they were able to screw the splash guard and tighten it so we could continue our trip. They stopped everything they were doing, took care of us, and got us on our way free of charge. Thanks for saving our vacation to see family! We really appreciate it!

Sunroof was frozen open. Nobody else would work on it or wanted $$$$. R&M took care of it for much less.
