I accidentally left my phone out in the rain and it got destroyed. I came here and had the BEST experience I've had with a cell phone store in over 22 years. They were able to recover my information, and I could tell that they were really watching out for me. It's not all about the sale, it's about how you treat and keep your customers and I was very impressed with this place

Since I am computer challenged, I was greeted very nicely with a knowledgeable employee of Verizon, in store. He explained what new phone would be, approximate charges to be expected, great explanations on my many questions. Transfer from old phone to new phone was seamless. This gentleman presented himself well in ever way. All around great employee.

Had a great experience at our local Verizon store. The phone that I wanted was not in stock so the associate ordered it for me. I was out of town when it arrived (it came in early!) and they held both my phone and watch until I was able to pick them up. The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable in setting up my new devices and made the transfer a breeze! Thanks Verizon and keep up the good work!

The Verizon rep that serviced me today was helpful. He was fast and efficient in providing me helpful service to upgrade my device. I entered today with a device that was out of warranty. He was helpful in find the best option and best device to suit my needs. I am happy to have visited during a time of Christmas specials and deals to put the icing on the cake of incredible service.

The rep I dealt with today was very polite and informative. He also was a great help in upgrading the phone service. His efforts in handling billing issues was wonderful!! I was able to get everything situated and upgraded swiftly.

I needed help with my new phone, I was having some issues getting around it. The employee was able to make all the changes i needed done in order to make it much easier to use. I really appreciate their experience, knowledge and their patience here.

The customer service given here today was excellent.

Was very professional. He figured out why my case I had bought here a few weeks ago didn’t work. I was told by the original salesman I needed to keep working the buttons. Couldn’t use any volume, lock, or turn ringer off buttons. The young man today was great he figured out the case was for a different phone not the one I had. Thanks to him I’m back with full functional phone. 😊

I had a massive issue on my account, and called this store this morning. Not even corporate would help us, but the young man who answered the phone invited us in to take a look and see if he could fix the problems we had. He stayed hours after his shift to sort things out for us after hours spent on the phone with customer service. He was kind, patient and full of integrity beyond anything I've ever expected or seen. We're taking him hone now and he's going to be our new grandson. I can't say enough, wonderful. HE NEEDS A RAISE.

Upgraded to the new S24 ultra. Excellent experience switching over and had a great promo. My agents did a great job explaining all of the functions of my new phone.

I went in today to upgrade my phone from the S9+ to the S23 Ultra and was nervous about doing so because it's been so long! But they made it a great experience and got me the best possible deal and I even came out with a galaxy watch. From the greeting when I walked in the door to the purchasing of my phone, watch and accessories, it was great service overall.

I originally came to this store because my phone wouldn't allow my son to call through to my phone, I'd seen six different agents at stores and the person that helped me out today was able to look through and fix the issue quickly. Turns out route to voicemail had been turned on by accident!

I wasn't able to pair my Bluetooth & one of the employees was able to get it working in my car. It was a tedious procedure to figure out my car's setup, but he was very patient & got it paired& made sure it was working. I appreciate his time, patience, friendliness

& ability to quickly help me. I will recommend this Verizon store to all my friends

My husband and I came in to see about getting new phones. The representative was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. We thought buying new phones would take a couple of hours, but it was a quick and painless process. We even learned about how to take better care of our phones by using the proper wattage charging block. He went above and beyond!

Very helpful in explaining what to do with my plan and new phone! Good opinion on accessories too! Did a data transfer and it transferred all my themes!!

I came in needing a new phone, and I a have to say, everything was explained thoroughly here with complete honesty. I actually really enjoyed the experience at this store. The setup service was well worth it, they ransferred all information with ease, explained how to use the device and they even took the extra step to hook it up to my car.

I came into the store to get a new phone. The staff was very helpful in helping me to decide which phone to get. After the purchase we transfered all my data over on the new device. Finally the salesman applied a screen protector and case very skillfully for me. Great experience.

We visited the store today to upgrade our plan and investigate the possibility of adding a line for our kids. The gentleman was friendly, informative, and very helpful. Plus he was patient as my kids struggled to control their excitement. He talked us through several different options, explained the prices and features, showed us great deals, and made the process more straightforward than I expected.
