I’ve had the opportunity to work with Wes over the last five plus years and last few cars I’ve owned. He’s always been honest and taken care of what was needed. This last trip was for service and tires on my car. I appreciate him and his team. They’re always kind and willing to help, schedule me in. Supporting local and small business is wonderful and I’m so happy that Wes and the team have their own place. Highly recommend! Independence is lucky to have Independence Auto.

This establishment is by far the best in service all around. The workers are super friendly and they don't make you feel like an idiot for not knowing "enough" about cars. They don't try to upset you on things you don't need. They give you a heads up on things that might go wrong in the future if it's something that doesn't need fixed immediately. They take care of their customers and truly care about the work they do.

Wes and his team are top notch!
Very easy to work with. I got a text offering a year end service; oil, coolant, and windshield wipers replacement along with tire rotation. I asked if I could swap out the rotation for them hitting all my zerks and makes sure the squeak stopped. They agreed right away. When I got there I mentioned I had a slow leak in a tire and asked if the cooler please look at it. When I came to pick it up they even threw in a tire plug for free. Hands down my first choice. They treat customers like family.

I definitely will be using them again great people they fixed my truck in a timely manner, and the price was exactly what they said it would be watch out Midas there’s a new king in town lol

Asked for a cooling system flush and tune up, but they only did the tune up...was told I had to have a new radiator before they could do it because I had put a high cost sealant in it...they told me I needed a new water pump and thermostat besides the radiator. They thoroughly went over their work. I appreciate Les and Christian's honesty. I would highly recommend going there for any kind of service!

I ordered a trailer hitch online but I could not remove the bolts to the muffler, so I called them and the were happy to install it for me! They got me in and out and did me right on the price! I'm new to the area but if I need my car repairedI would definitely go back- THANKS

Wes is fantastic up there, fast service, fair prices, great communication, I love their automated messaging service, all quotes, scheduling details, and communication comes to you via text messages, you can approve quotes, etc. I love that system of communication. It ends the disruption of calling over the phone, replies are done at the convenience of the sender. No more interruptions with multiple phone calls.

Two months after taking my car to the dealer my car had the same problem. Wes fixed it!! Saved me so much money and was so honest about what the problem was! I was terrified and they turned it into something great. I highly recommend to anyone if you want a honest person to work on your car.
