Gypsy's Mainstrasse

Pretty fun neighborhood bar. The bartenders are great and the regular customers contribute to the friendly atmosphere.

They have several good beers on tap and all the popular seltzers and ciders (plus free popcorn).

Inside, besides the bar, there's a cool loungey area to sit and they host trivia, karaoke, DJs and events. Out back is a nice covered patio.

Popcorn for free and great selection of beers and drinks. Had a Labatts Blue

This bar is fun and lively! Our bartenders Raven and Cassie were great. The patio is really pretty and the whole bar is dog friendly! 5/5 ⭐

Love this place. Bartenders are super nice and attentive. The patrons that drink here all seem to be friendly, social people. They have a really nice back patio that's setup to promote social interaction. It's small, but also not really. It's hard to explain. The setup is so that it all works and flows smoothly. The atmosphere is why I come here. I do believe you can smoke inside... I don't quite remember that part. I did have a few while I was visiting.

2 separate times we've left something in the bar and the bartenders kept it safe. On the last occasion came out of the bar to look for us to return things. Great staff, great atmosphere, and great times

Love this place been a customer for about 5 years everyone so cool just the right vibes and i can bring my doggy to socialize with other dogs nice lol .. Karaoke night is always fun!! Bartenders are very friendly and move fast! Good peps here.

Wow! Just wow! The only thing that would make this place better would be a trampoline and two friends to double bounce me. Wait…. Know that feeling? That’s how I feel at this bar. Love.

I went to Gypsies on a whim after a recommendation from a friend. I heard it was a pretty rad place and it did not disappoint!

The minute I walked inside I immediately felt welcome!! The bartender (I think her name was Alaska or something Russian?) had the biggest and kindest smile when I made it inside. She is an absolute gem!!!

Not only did she pour some bomb drinks she constantly made sure everyone was tended to quickly.

It would be an understatement to say this place is the best bar around with the most excellent, wonderful, kindest way, dopest, most rad employees!!!!

I look forward to stopping by this establishment again in the future.

Came to get my palm read and some tarot cards laid out. They had neither. Ended up staying for the beer. Even though I didn't get to see into my future, and there weren't as many 'positive energy crystals' as I had imagined, still a nice hot spot for drinks. Fun back patio area. Needs more fortunetellers.

We went down to Covington on the weekend, for my boyfriends birthday. We were swept off our feet at Gypsy's. The amazing and quite beautiful Alexa told us all about her favorite breakfast spots, and cool stores in the area. We were more than satisfied with her amazing drinks, and awesome hospitality!! A must go! We love Alexa!!

Favorite bar in the village. One of the few that is non-smoking. Good live entertainment on a regular basis and I love the staff. They regularly carrier a solid rotating tap of good local beers. A true no-brainer for the area. Please go to this bar!

One of my favorite bars. They have friendly bartenders and the patio is amazing. Definitely worth hanging out for a couple hours! It's our go to bar!

Very nice bar on the far end of Mainstrasse. Drinks were priced well and Raven was very friendly and personable. Game was on and they had patio seating. Great spot!
