Really nice service!! Not a long wait and everything was super delicious. Highly recommend the spicy tuna roll and miso soup!

We had a great night at this Japanese restaurant. We have a 16 month old as well and the waiter was very kid friendly and helpful. The restaurant inside looks nice We especially liked the sushi bar. The food was amazing they did fantastic!!! They make their own teriyaki sauce and that was amazing! The sushi We think is rated 7/10 we eat alot of sushi especially in Louisville and this place has exceptional service and food!

Everything from the appetizers to the entrees and the sushi rolls were truly fresh and delicious and amazing. The whole dining experience for a Friday night was great and fun and friendly, as well as relaxing. Definitely warrants a return visit.

PROS:

- Very wonderful decor
- Small yet roomy
- Having green tea as an option
- Seats were sturdy and comfy
- Food larger than other sushi restaurants
- Food was definitely not frozen
- Could tell they really cared about your experience

CONS:
- The music was calming but not traditional which could be a pro just wasn't my taste (it was lofi hip-hop sounding)
- It was a bit expensive but completely worth just not a place I could afford every day though ( it was about 60 bucks for 2 people)

Overall it merits the 5 stars I can tell the people that work there want to improve and make interesting dishes and cater to there staff, this would make a great dinner or date spot. Highly recommend trying it at least once although I will definitely be returning 😊.

My first time trying this Japanese sushi bar and restaurant but it won’t be my last. When I walked in I was greeted and given a table to sit. The sushi chef and his area was right behind where I was sitting and I could stand up and watch him make the sushi and admire the expertise. They have a good variety of choices on the menu including many vegetarian options.

I chose several options four variety of rolls and started off with a Gyoza appetizer which were fried and only contain vegetables which was enjoyable. They then brought out some complementary edamame. This is the first time I’ve tried these it was like similar to eating peanuts but tasty. The salad with the ginger dressing was especially tasty and I look forward to trying that again.

I had several rolls as well as sashimi and Nigri. A friend of mine ordered a Korean dish which I could not pronounce but he said it was especially tasty. The sushi rolls were substantial in size so I probably shouldn’t have ordered as many as I did but I did not know what to expect.

I thought the service was well above average and they were very accommodating and friendly. Everything I ordered was flavorful with the right amount of spice. I look forward to a return visit in the near future.

Fabulous dinner, had the New Orleans and Midnight Train rolls, and Hot Stone Bibimbop, all excellent. Service is always good and nice clean restaurant. Family owned and ran. Highly recommend for those that appreciate authentic.
Open 3 days a week for lunch til 2p, dinner M - Sat, closed Sunday.

I took my bride here for Valentines day while passing through La Grange. We loved the food and drinks! The roll we had was deep fried and absolutely delicious!! The place isn't fancy but good food and service.

Decided to try this place for dinner after a coworker recommended it. The food was delicious, they recommended the tuna lovers roll and the green dragon roll, which complimented each other nicely! The prices were also very reasonable. While the food was great, what stuck out to me was the service. Very friendly and welcoming and was patient with me deciding what to order and providing different recommendations. This place is a must try!

This is a favorite for sure!! The sushi is always delicious, the service is always fantastic, and the prices are reasonable. The roll shown in the photo was delicious! It’s called Punk Rock.

The BEST sushi we have ever ate!!!!!!! Our whole family of 7 had dinner last night and it was the best. Everything was super fresh and delicious also the service was amazing!!!!! Can’t wait to go back again!!!!

Their food was extremely good and the service was even better.

Sushi done right, salads, fried rice and tempura are some of the treats on their extensive menu. However, the best part of the dining experience is the engaging staff. Their outgoing, happy attitude is as good as it gets. I highly recommend going here for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends!

First time coming, My husband and I loved it. The Shrimp Tempura and Goyza as appetizers were great. I can't remember the name of the sushi rolls but one had crawfish on top and it was amazing. The other sushi roll had shrimp on top it was amazing too. We will definitely be back for more sometime soon. Our servers we're so nice and friendly and helpful with the menu. Love the atmosphere!

The food was excellent, and the service was even better. The sushi tasted so fresh and had a beautiful presentation. It took me a year of living in La Grange to eat here, but I’m so glad I did. I’ll be go back regularly.

They have some of the best nigiri I’ve had since going to Morimotos restaurant on Waikiki beach in Hawaii. The only quality I can compare it to. The fish is so buttery and tastes super fresh. Getting some more tomorrow to take home. If you are a sushi fanatic this is definitely the place to go.

This is a great little restaurant here in LaGrange. Only two people there but our food was timely and delicious. All three rolls were really good but surprisingly, the fried rice was awesome!

The service was quick, as soon as we got into the restaurant we were seated, our drink order was taken and we were given time to peruse the menu. After we ordered the food was quick to come out, even with 2 orders ahead of us and the food was unique and amazing. I've had sushi all over this country and this place ranks within the top 3 I've ever had the pleasure of eating at.

Impeccable. The food here is amazing. Some food items are a little out their for some but the service is always great. The servers may mess up sometimes, but that is to be expected. No one is perfect, but at least if they do make a mistake, they apologize and do everything they can to make your dinning experience better for you. The sushi chefs have amazing conversations with those at the bar and the servers are very easy to talk to. All in all, this restaurant deserves all the praise it can get due to all of the hard work and dedication they have put in to the restaurant.

The food was amazing! Especially the calamari rings. The service here is also incredible. Our waitress, Sarah and the owner, were very sweet and kind. I highly recommend this place.
