They were great. Came next day and replaced 2 outlets that were having issues. He treated his employees with respect, and they were respectful of us. My toddler even showed off his toy drill and they were kind to him.

Apparently Mike Whalen doesn’t need the business. I submitted a request on their website and never heard anything back. I called and spoke to someone that told me Mike would be in touch to schedule something. He never did. I called and left a voicemail and never heard anything back.

Called a week ago and spoke to a very nice woman. She told me that Mike would call me. Never heard another word. It is a shame. I couldn't give Whalen Electric a job that would probably run around $1500.
