Great experience finding and buying a used SUV for our son. We had a list of a few brand vehicles to be on the lookout for and they notified us as soon as one became available. We had a list of a few items that we wanted repaired on the vehicle prior to purchasing, and they took care of them quickly and correctly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dependable used vehicle. They also service them there which is very convenient.

We purchased a 2013 Honda CRV from Neutz Brothers in December and had a fantastic experience! Tommy was so helpful, kind, and truly took the time to listen and understand what we were looking for and offered suggestions. The vehicle itself was very good mechanically, very well cleaned, and felt brand new despite being used. We would absolutely purchase another vehicle from Neutz Brothers in the future!

Five weeks ago, I bought a 2015 Odyssey from Tommy at Neutz Brothers Cars. We had great experiences working with Neutz & Tudor Auto Mechanics, so we visited Tommy when we were looking for a van.

We found both Tommy and his coworker Sheila to be very personable, kind, and conversational. During the time before we bought, they were never pushy or manipulative. All my questions were answered honestly.

In our case, my trade-in needed sold at auction. Tommy helped get it ready and sold. I was kept abreast of what happened with the vehicle and received an image of the invoice, so that all figures discussed were verified and honest. He went the extra mile on this for us.

After purchasing, I texted with Tommy when I had a question, and he responded within 24 hours to assist me with our new vehicle.

In the last week, our van failed to start three times due to several colder days. The battery simply did not have the cold cranking amps to get things started, with its age, corrosion, etc. I messaged with Tommy about this, and he ended up replacing the battery at no charge, saying, "I'm sorry! We wont charge you for this. We couldn't have known that something like this will happen, or we would have replaced it before you bought it." Again, Tommy went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.

I’m a little late posting this but better late than never!
I was in a car accident in October and was afraid that would not be able to find an affordable and reliable car. A friend of mine recommended that I go look at Neutz brothers. I can’t speak highly enough about my experience and the suv I now have. Tommy truly cares about those who walk through his door and doesn’t pressure you but offers his help however he can. Even gave some recommendations on what to do with my wrecked car.

If you need a car, this is the place to go! I got my 2016 Honda CVR and it is in great condition, great price and Tommy was great and always honest and up front. The cars come with a warranty and they will go out of their way to help if anything goes wrong within that warranty time. He even helped me choose an extended warranty which will help with any future issues. I'm very satisfied with my buying experience and my vehicle! If you need a car, this is the place to go!

Great experience buying a 2012 Toyota Highlander. It looked brand new. Took some time to save up and find the right vehicle for me but each time I came back I received the same great service and detailed information about my options. Tommy and his team replaced all four tires, recharged my AC unit and replaced air and cabin filters. Tommy even replaced a part for my luggage rack which he installed himself upon my pickup of the license plate. I won’t buy a car anywhere else.

Bought a 2005 Honda accord from Tommy around a month ago after a long time family friend told my dad about his experiences with neutz bros. Tommy and I started texting months ago over a few inquiries I had that ended up selling, but he searched for a reasonably priced vehicle for me, and found it! Had a few minor issues with it after I took it off the lot that were handled in a timely fashion. It doesn’t feel like you’re buying from a dealer when you go to Tommy. He’s just a guy with some nice cars, and plenty of knowledge about them all; and he’s here to help you and your loved ones.

Tommy and the group at Nuetz really treated us well! Our family turned from 3 to 4 more quickly than we anticipated due to adoption. We needed a quality van for a reasonable price, quickly! I was more than satisfied with my experience with Tommy Neutz and his staff in my first buying experience with them. I recently bought a 2011 Toyota Avalon and I couldn't be happier with the car itself and how Tommy handled me during the shopping process. He was patient with my concerns and got all repairs completed that we discussed. Our family has almost impossible chemical and allergen sensitivities which meant we had to "sniff out" and test drive multiple cars before we found the right one. My husband was in daily communication with Tommy who was incredibly understanding with our situation and continued to send us leads to cars on his lot that were clean. I've had a great experience with Neutz Brothers. I purchased a Rav 4 2011 and love this car. I had an issue with the alternator last week and the staff got my car in immediately. The problem was fixed quickly and I experienced no stress. Actions like this prove they really value their customers and want to keep a relationship with them for life.

Tommy was extremely sensitive to my needs as a buyer, and helped me stay within my budget. I’ve been driving my Toyota Corolla from here for about a month now and it’s a been nothing but a beautiful drive. The A/C has been a serious blessing during the summer.
