Vettiner Dog Park

We visited a lot of Louisville's parks but this was my dogs favorite place when we lived up there in KY. She would head straight for the trail as soon as we got there. She would make her perimeter check, making sure everything was secure. She was so funny. She passed away so I am taking a walk down memory lane. Missing her so much. Enjoy this time with your fur babies and take them to their favorite place as often as you can!!

Great dog park!! Really nice people, and a bargain at 35 dollars a year!

I love taking my dog to this dog park. There is plenty of room for her to run around and play as well as social interaction with other dogs. There was an issue with the fob reader on the gate and someone was out quickly to fix it. The other pet owners are friendly.

Perfect dog park...not as large as Sawyer but with many trees for shade and water spigots on both sides (all dog and small dog). Nice gazebos on both sides and several benches for sitting and chatting with other dog owners.

Most of the owners are very attentive to their dogs and stop any inappropriate behavior when necessary.

Attention out of town visitors! All dog parks in Louisville apparently require a pass. A fellow dog parent took pity on my baby's puppy dog eyes, and checked out her vaccination tags before letting me in with him. I'm thankful that he did! It's a beautiful dog run. Tons of space both shaded and open. Running water, baby pools, and poop stations if you forget a bag.

We (me and Yuki) think this is by far the best park!! Off-leash “free-ranging” is the best if your pup is trained for this. I walk the track (get my exercise) while he meanders around it with me! ❤ nice sunny almost Spring day-you can’t beat it! Plus it’s wide open, you can take 5 different routes in and park in several diff spots to get out and roam. The best in Louisville metro area!! 👍

Great dog park.

Great place to take your pooch to get their exercise. Friendly people and well behaved pups. They will definitely sleep well after a trip to this park.

Nice park with a more rugged feel.they live trees and bushes for the dogs to explore vs. Just a flat space to run. Very nice

Clean, spacious, and well kept. Great place to bring your pup to burn some energy off!
