Sit Still Kids Salon Louisville

3 little boys with a lot of energy and great haircuts. It's between $20 - $30 per boy and worth every bit. The atmosphere is amazing, the people are great, the little airplane chairs are adorable. I definitely recommend for wiggly, hair cut hating kids.

I had an exceptional experience at Sit Still Louisville! From the moment we entered, Ali's thoughtful approach turned my daughter's tears into smiles. Offering a glitter tattoo and suggesting a manicure were brilliant distractions, making the haircut a breeze. Holly's dedication and determination won us over, and now my daughter can't wait to return. Outstanding service that turned a reluctant first haircut into a delightful experience!

This was the best haircut my 3 year old has gotten! They listened to what I wanted and were very patient the entire time through him moving around to get the desired outcome. Definitely would recommend for young kids

My son isn’t the biggest fan of getting his haircut and was on the verge of tears several times but the staff were amazing at helping me keep him calm enough to get the job done. They let him sit on my lap where he felt more comfortable and blew bubbles, brought him toy cars, set up an iPad and gave him plenty of suckers. Cora did an amazing job on his thick curly hair and I was so grateful for the kid-friendly atmosphere and nurturing service. We will definitely be back!

Everyone was so insanely friendly and calm here. I took my 9 year old for a drastic haircut and Lauren was so attentive, asked about and listened to what my daughter wanted, and gave her a phenomenal haircut. The space is so inviting, too. I chatted with the owner for a bit and I think she has opened exactly the shop she was hoping to. I'll definitely be recommending this place and I actually plan to return with my sister for hair color.

Holly cut both of my daughters’ hair and it was a wonderful experience both times. She took her time with the cuts and she got to know us and was so welcoming. My girls loved her and they got the best haircuts they’ve ever had. Everyone at the salon is so kind and clearly actually likes kids. It’s hard to find a salon that enjoys kids and take kids cuts seriously. Sit Still is the only place I’ll take them to from now on.

10/10 recommend! I took my son, who will be two in November, for his first haircut and I am in love! We will be back and already have a trim scheduled for December! If you’re nervous about your toddler getting their haircut because you’re afraid they’ll be too wiggly or uncomfortable, I literally cannot recommend Kate enough. She was so patient, kind, gentle, and did an excellent job at making sure my son wasn’t uncomfortable or freaked out in any way possible. She is definitely talented and does so good! The entire staff though were amazing and so kind as well. He LOVED getting to sit in a race car chair, watch Blippi Musical on their iPad, and play with hot wheels while getting his haircut! The whole experience was amazing.

The whole Staff is absolutely amazing . They are so patient and kind with the kids and parents giving them grace and staying professional! Absolutely worth every penny and more. We have seen Kate and holly. We saw holly today and she was amazing, I. Would recommend anybody there

I brought my 3yo daughter here for her first ever haircut last week. It was a fun and positive experience for both of us. I had been worried about her reaction to a haircut, but the environment was fun and the stylist very patient. She loved the racecar salon chair. The stylist kindly checked with me before offering her a tablet to watch a kids movie. I loved the souvenir photo and little giftbag. Absolutely worth the drive from across the city.

I brought my 9 yo grandson in for a short modified taper fade cut. Lauren was attentive and patient with him. My grandson even said she was his favorite. The shop and atmosphere are so child friendly. Highly recommend.

Kate is an amazing stylist and worked so well with our one year old son! She cut his hair while we held him and did an absolutely fabulous job! The staff is so friendly and accommodating!

This place was amazing for my son. He had a hard time with getting his hair cut but Taylor and all the other ladies were so was so nice and patient with him during this hard time. I hope he only gets better with each haircut and will be back!

This is the first time my child got their haircut without tears! Holly was super patient with my timid 2-year old! She took time to get to know my child, talked with them about their likes and their day, and made the experience super comfortable. We will not be getting our children's haircuts anywhere else in the future!

Adorable salon. We went for a first haircut and they were able to keep my son entertained while doing a great job on his curls! I love the keepsake they provide to make it even more memorable.

Nicest people ever!! You can tell they actually like children! I loved that they had a sparkle hair option. My daughter left saying she felt so spoiled after! My son has sensory issues and it takes a lot to get him to even agree to a haircut. They were so patient with him and never pushed past his boundaries, and made sure to talk him through the process. He said he would go back again (which is a huge win for us!!)

So happy we found this little gem!!! Our son is not the biggest fan of haircuts, but the two ladies working the day of our appointment went above and beyond to keep our little guy calm and distracted. They played Mrs. Rachel, gave him a sucker, toys and even blew bubbles. They had more then patience and I could tell they really care about what they're doing. Definitely will be coming back!!!

Made an appointment online, wait time was only a few minutes and there was plenty for my 2 year old to look at & play with. Brooklyn was super patient with him as he adjusted to the setting but then it went smoothly!

Absolutely amazing! It was our first time at Sit Still Kids Salon and we came in for my daughter's first ever mini-mani! Brooklyn was AMAZING and so fun and patient with my wiggly girl.

The salon is so bright and cute and they have fun things for the kiddos to look at and do while you wait!

We will absolutely be coming back in the future. (P.S. GET THE GLITTER TATTOO, JUST DO IT)

Amazing service! The patience and gentle touch was just what my 2yr old needed. He has always hated getting his haircut but he warmed right up to Kate! So thankful to have found this place! Recommending to all my friends with little ones.

We always have a great experience at Sit Still! Holly was wonderful today with my (screaming) 19 month old and had sooo much patience. My daughter asked for glittery hair at the last minute and Brooklynn went out of her way to do this when she could’ve said no (she was super busy and I feel awful we added more to her plate!) Thank you for always being so great with our kids!!
