When my fleet manager, broke down on his way to retrieve our trailer. Caleb my sales rep, drove 45 minutes out of his way to assist him to get parts. The trailer was already paid for in full, this is ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty. These guys will be recommended by me to anyone who needs a trailer. This is the only people I want to do business with in terms of trailer purchasing!! Great experience!!

Just bought a Homesteader 214FB horse trailer from Jerry's. Drove 444 miles round trip for the best price after local dealers snubbed me. Caleb was very helpful on the phone and showed me every detail of the trailer when I arrived. Matt checked the hookup from lug nuts to hitch to get me back on the road safely. Jerry took the time to get my input on this trailer which I think is excellent quality and pulls good. Great customer service. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommend buying from these guys.

I bought a new trailer from Jerry Moody Auto Mart. I am very happy with their customer service. After my purchase I misread the another by them and contacted Matt because I thought I was given bad sales information during my original purchase. Howerver, Matt got back with me immediatly pointed out the difference I over looked. Matt helped to correct an error that was my mistake from the beginning. I appreciate their honesty. First class service and a quality product that is priced ultra competitively. Mike was an absolute professional to deal with. He did not over-promise on the quality of the Homesteader horse trailer we purchased from him. When we hooked the trailer to the truck for the 2 1/2 hour drive home, we discovered the truck had an electrical issue, preventing the trailer lights from working. Within 5 minutes, Matt (the mechanic) had the problem figured out. Actually, there were THREE separate issues. A trip across the street to Advance Auto Parts (thanks Steve) and the lights were working and we were on our way. Mike even went out of his way to share his learnings about horses with us. What a true pleasure! I’m rather sad that I’ll probably never need another horse trailer, but if you do - go see Mike and Matt at Jerry Moody Auto Mart. It’s worth the trip!

The guys who work here are nice and honest. As a first time horse trailer buyer, they took the time to talk to me about the details and are willing to spend some time educating me on driving it, hook ups, etc once it's ready. Great prices and great people! Highly recommended.

I bought a car from Jerry Moody Auto Mart not too long ago. Mike and Matt were both very polite, respectful, and cooperative with me and my situation. They were transparent in the signing process and answered any questions I had about the car and financing. I'd buy from them again.

Professional sales staff, polite, informative, no pressure, efficient and fulfilled every promise to the letter. Product was ready when promised (on short notice) and when I requested a change it was made gladly. Product was rigged and demonstrated perfectly, including going through the owners manual and showing me where to find the fuses, how to grease the bearings, change the tire and charge the breakaway battery. Would do business with them again. They are a model of what customer service should be.

Bought a new Homesteader 2 horse trailer, model 214fb. Searched every where and this dealer had the best price. Very well built trailer! The salesman was on top of everthing, very impressed. Highly recommended!

Called and spoke with Marty I believe, reserved the trailer I was looking for and a discount to boot. Fast friendly service. They hooked trailer up made sure everything worked properly and even reminded about checking lugnuts after 100 miles for breakin.
