I see Tiffany at the Jeffersonville location. I felt like I was stuck, a bunch of old feelings and my past finally flowing out of me after 30 years. I was desperate to find a therapist that actually listened and could see me and my pain and help me grow. I was going on two years having a meltdown I finally got a call from their office and met her and after 4 sessions.. really after the second I finally had hope. Saw myself actually having a future. She is amazing and wonderful person. I couldn’t recommend her personally enough. As of now she’s saved my life.

We have had nothing but amazing treatment. We love our Doctor and her nurse. The therapist has been amazing as well.

Staff is great, they listen and help with your mental health illness

Therapist seen my child 4 times and then told me he never talks so she couldn’t see him anymore. I was never comfortable with her Line of questioning in front of my child so I know he was uncomfortable. The last day there she took him outside for 5 min, came back and said he couldn’t return because he won’t talk. A real therapist would have NEVER done this! She went out of her way to dismiss him and it was just strange. Just start away

Life Spring wasted over a month of our time before discharging my son and telling us they cannot help him bc he's autistic. I regret moving to Indiana unaware of the absolute lack of mental health services for autistic children here.

Paul Duncan was the absolute rudest psychiatrist I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. He took me off of my medicine I have been taking for three years, refused to put me back on it and when he finally did it was less than half of my original dose. He told me I wanted it for an ‘easy way out’. And he said if he could ‘take benzos every day to make his life easier he would.’ I would never ever recommend this place. The therapist Andrew is cool though. I liked him. But I couldn’t stand going back into the building after how I was spoken to by Paul.

Absolutely horrid. The only reason we kept going was for the Dr herself. The staff constantly changed, my husband's appointments kept getting rescheduled after we had to beg the office manager to even make him an appointment before he hurt himself. Once they got him in they kept him with the emergency doctor bwho only asked him to fill out questionaires and wouldn't help him with his current issues. My husband and I were seeing my therapist together, for over a year and now that she's gone, I was told they won't do that anymore! Then I was told I can't see the doctor for my antidepressants if I "refuse therapy". The whole thing over a year and a half has been nothing but headache and has honestly caused is more stress. If you need help, please choose anywhere but here.

I was only employed here for 3 wks & was fired because I wasn’t getting the hang of things fast enough. As a secretary the amount of things you have to learn is sooo much & dealing with different therapists, insurances, etc. The “trainer” was rude every time I asked a question and was so nasty I didn’t even want to. Every time I turned around the employees were huddled in the boss’s office gossiping about my mistakes (not to mention the things said about patients and parents) I really did try my hardest and was really hurt by what the other girls said. One of the days I was so tired and it was thrown in my face. Idk how the company is from a patient standpoint but as an employee standpoint, I should never have even wasted my time. So unprofessional.

This is a horrible place!!! I know someone that received treatment by a therapist Pryor, MSSW, LSW and she told my friend that the reason that everything that happened to her at the hands of her father was HER own fault!!! She should NOT be a therapist having told a child that getting beat by an avoid and abusive man was her fault. She needs to get fired for that but it's been years ago and who knows what she's done to others in her care and who would really believe that after what she did to my friend!!! Despicable!!!

Why is this location claiming to be the Jeffersonville location but the phone number goes to Paoli Indiana? If you hit the call button to call the Jeffersonville location on Spring you get the Paoli Indiana phone number and the Paoli Indiana location.

Would not recommend this place to anyone even if its all ur insurance will cover find someplace different. This place is not worth it
