JOANN Fabric and Crafts

I recently went to this location to buy a bunch of materials and supplies, to make things for giveaway baskets, for our local cancer center. I was very pleased with the level of customer care and satisfaction displayed by both Abee and Olivia. These ladies deserve praise!

It's been a few years since I had visited this store they have done a remodel during this time and I love the way everything is more organized and easy to find now. The store isn't cluttered and for a craft store was stocked and neatly displayed. It was a totally different atmosphere than I remembered it being years ago.

Very nice, clean store with a good selection of arts/crafts items. I look forward to walking into the store, as it always SMELLS AMAZING! Sometimes it smells like an autumn harvest, sometimes cinnamon, other times freshly cut cedar. Hobby Lobby carries more selection overall, but Joann has better prices, and still offers coupons. I wish there was one closer to me.

Although things were picked over after the Christmas holiday, I found what I was looking for in the scrapbooking section. Pricing was 50% off on the items I chose!

I love the store but wish it was 3 times the size. I just don't can't get enough. There is home decor items, holiday items, seasonal items and party products. They always have a nice selection of material. Jewelry beads, findings and tools. Great choice of sewing machines and sewing accessories. There are storage containers from 2" to 3 ft. There are many patterns to choose from and instructions books. There are many classes available from sewing, cake decorating, knitting and crochet. Jewelry making and crochet is my interest and I never leave empty handed.

You simply can't keep me out of this store! They have such a variety of fabric for whatever you are doing. Much more than fabric they have almost anything for your sewing, framing, knitting, and really any creative ideas you may have.

I really love this store. A little pricey but they always have sales with 40 to 50% off one regular priced item. Good job Joann's!

The employees were super sweet! They were extremely knowledgeable about any and everything I had questions about! Store was very clean an organized!!

I love all craft stores, Joann’s has good sales! I wish they had more florals but great for fabric and basic crafting supplies. They also teach classes which is really cool.

Very poor service at this location today. I rang the service bell four times to get yardage cut and no one ever helped me. When i left, without a purchase, i had the imoression that only one person was working.

The Festus store is too small for my taste so I usually go to the South County one. They have everything!

It was awesome.. got some cool christmas items on good sale..some craft things. Love the store. Festus,mo workers r great

The ladies were great and went out of their way to help me get some material for family from Florida that was only found left only in Festus, MO.

I place i go for my art supplies.

This is a nice little store. We shop here a lot. The staff is generally very nice and helpful.

They are very friendly and helpful Everytime I go there.. they usually have whatever I need at reasonable prices.. love JoAnn..

The People are super Nice and helpful, but I only Go because my Daughter likes to do DIY .

Smaller Joanns and does not seem to have the selection of crafts available at other stores except for material and sewing needs. Very helpful staff.
