Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I was looking for an email to write a review but I didn’t see one so I came to google instead. Best experience I have ever had at a bank and I’ve been going to Bank of America for years. I needed to open a savings account and I had Pam. She was not only helpful, but very informative. She helped me understand my savings account and my new credit card and all the benefits that came along with them. She took her time explaining things to me and making sure I was happy even though it was a busy Friday. She was awesome and I will definitely be coming back.

Brian was extremely helpful and patient with all my crazy questions. Even went as far to call a 3rd party to try and sort through my issue

I was at the branch early after they opened and I was treated with courtesy and attention to my concern. I highly recommend anyone in the area looking for a banker to go here.

I was there the fist time but Naaz Bibi -thang she is very wonderful, love her !

Wait lines always long, poor customer service, tellers standing around doing administrative duties instead of helping customers

I experience an extremely rude male teller at this branch. I went in to get out money and gave them all necessary information to get out my money. Male bank teller started lecturing me on not having my cell phone with me and they almost denied me getting out my money even though I provided several legal forms of identification. Very rude especially to a customer with multiple assets under bank of America. I am through with B of A and their customer service. Bank elsewhere!
