Clark County Circuit Court

Can anyone tell me where I would go to petition rights terminated? (In reguards to a parent who has abandoned their children) Would it be the court house? Thank you in advancem I'm just not sure and one parent has been out of the picture since 2017.

They were very nice on the phone. Very pleasant. She gave me yhr number for the Health Department. It was so easy and quick. Very good !!!!

Thankfulky I haven't had to bust this place often, but when I had to pay a 3 yr old traffic ticket, the ladies in the traffic division were so helpful. Especially Karla. I wanted to formally thank her!!

I had to get a certified copy of my mom and dad's marriage license from 1952 to help my dad with VA benefits. They were quick and friendly.

Sometimes they make mistakes and don't read the right paperwork and don't properly notify someone of certain dates. Just read the file.

Be prepared for security screening for admittance

This is the most inefficient, scandalous, lost back in time make up anything and put it wherever on any date in a person's record slow moving covid ridden space town I have ever seen. BTW how do you ever get ahold of your public defender? I mean what year is this again? Like where is "Aunt Bee" when you need her?! Customer service is NONE some of the rudest people I have ever spoken to and I have done nothing. You would think in between making up charges and warrants on citizens who they do not help with Public defenders, they would at least be friendly.

I was trying to get a deferral from jury duty because I’m a stay at home mother with 3 kids and breastfeeding. I don’t even have family nearby. One receptionist from circuit 2 hated my phone call so much she hung up on me. I begged and pleaded that she transfer me to the judge or his asssistant and she said she couldn’t do anything and her hands were tied. She literally hung up on me. I waited 5 minutes and called back again and someone else did in fact transfer me to the judges staff. She didn’t want to deal with me so she just lied to me instead.

Tell me how for hours and hours, since this morning .. It is now 1pm they STILL do not answe the phone!???
After the first ring it goes right to voice mail claiming they are busy and to call back at another time.
Busy how??? Drinking coffee and gossiping!???

I spent 2 hours just on hold to have no one answer the phone. It is completely unprofessional to have people waiting 5 and 6 hours for property or for people to be bonded out.
