Great local hangout..the food was awsome..service was really good..all the ladies are super nice..

Fish was great, shrimp was from a box at the store that I could make at home. French fries were cold. The double cheeseburger was great! It’s a lot of beef so next time order a single patty.

Excellent food, full bar...lots of space. They have games on site, they host Louisville Poker Tour if you like Texas Hold'em. Very clean and friendly atmosphere.

I loved our waitress!! 💖 She was as nice as she could be. 😊 A very good waitress!! ❤ She even took a pic for me of my Uncle, Cousin & myself. 😊 The food was wonderful & so was the cold beer. 😊

Food is served piping hot and the portions are plentiful. I really liked the hushpuppies and homemade tartar sauce. They also have Big Red! They have daily lunch specials, Monday is meatloaf, Tuesday tacos 🌮, Wednesday brisket served open face with mashed potatoes and green beans, Thursday chicken & dumplings and Friday is fish. Service is very good and attentive to your needs.

We went for the first time today and were very impressed with the starters and the entrées. We ordered the fried green tomatoes and the pretzel bites. Both; best we’ve ever had in the Louisville area. Great service, by Ashley R, and for entrées we ordered the potato soup and the fish wrap sandwich… both of them fresh and delicious!

Great atmosphere and really good food. Almost everything on menu will make u happy u ate it. Has good bands come in every Friday nite. Packed with nice folks wanting to have fun.

Great staff! Very friendly and helpful people who are efficient, accommodating, and super polite! Kind of a sports/dive bar atmosphere, which isn't my preferred vibe, but the staff makes that fact irrelevant, if you're like me. Plus it's always fairly clean there too! The menu leans very heavily towards deep fried everything but the pulled pork sandwich and chilli are quite delicious! Even the "regular" crowd is warm and welcoming! It's easy to see why this place is a go to neighborhood hang out. And there's usually something going on here too, from live music to trivia to karaoke! Definitely worth checking out!!

My first time at this location, it was a nice experience. we always go to the Shively location, fish fingers are always good the rueben was good.

Wonderful service,great food, and good drinks! The chili and bean soup was outstanding! Fried pickles were delicious..... just perfect on a cold and wetday

Good food , good bar..the server Linda or lacy whatever her name was...I know it started with a L and she is..so my half dad could hear her..was great and friendly

We had a party of 12 here for lunch yesterday… The chicken salad sandwich I had was amazing… I also took home for dinner the buffalo chicken quesadilla… You can tell they only use the best quality foods. Everyone’s order came out in a timely manner… The staff was fun, and the service was spot on! I highly recommend Bud’s Tavern!!

We came here for the Loaded baked potato soup and it did not disappoint. Loved it. Also got wings and they were incredibly flavorful and meaty!! Service was excellent. Would come back in a heart beat.

We had a surprise party her for my mother. The staff was great, the food was great, we really enjoyed it! Thanks to everyone at Buds for helping out. We had a great time.

First time visitor. I was amazed at then quality, choices and quantity of food. Not
your typical tavern/pub! Highly recommend it.

My first time, but definitely not my last! Placed my order by phone and only had to wait a few minutes at the bar. The fish is some of the best around! Nice and light fish without heavy batter. Absolutely LOVE the unique homemade tarter sauce!! The fries were tasty and not at all greasy and the coleslaw was very good too. Becky gave me great service to boot! Will be returning very soon!
