We would like to thank our SME electrician,
John Frank for an outstanding job with
the installation of our low voltage LED
landscaping lights. This project had taken
most of the day to complete and John
was an absolute joy to work with us. He
was professional, meticulous and detailed throughout this project and we were
impressed!
In addition, he does a nice job in servicing
our house generator. Kudos to Charlie
and Megan for setting up the appointments
and following up on the job assignments!

Every time I’ve needed any electrical service installation, SME has been there in a timely fashion. Have never had a problem and everything still works great.

SME is very easy to work with!

SME replaced 6 outside light fixtures, and repaired 1 inside socket. Work quality was excellent, price within expected range. I would use them again.

They don’t expect payment at time of service, and bill later. While not consistent with other contractors, I’m ok with keeping my money longer

At the time I was calling to schedule (and reschedule) service, their phone system was not working right. Hope they get fixed

I was employed by Settle Muter and thought I would be making an advancement by working for them after hearing about how professional they are and serious they take their work. The whole time I felt this clique, preppy, ***hole vibe you get from the jocks in high school. I worked hard, and got the short end of the stick. They took advantage of an apprentice trying to make a impression and had me do a lot work that I should have been paid a lot more for. Its insulting to say the least that he can afford to buy water bottles with custom logos, buy and prefab completely unnecessary material for the job, but doesn't pay for gas when his employees are driving 120+ miles every day. Horrible experience overall. I was making 18 dollars an hour.

This company is the worst out of 22 years I have worked for. They lie cheat and dont care. I even got layed off for having a doctors note after the supervisor sent me home sick. They even gave me a fake right up so the wont have to pay unemployment. Unemployment determined I was right and approved me. Now I get a letter stating they are appealing it. So be warned it sounds good in the beginning but if you have any experience you will be pushed out

These guys are a rip off… once the work is done they never return a call…My wife was quoted 20 hours on our job to run wiring for a hot tub… I thought it was ridiculous but she proceeded on the condition that if it didn’t take as long the price would be adjusted… (I could have walked from their office and did this job in under 20 hours)…
They put the job off for weeks before finally getting to it and when they finally arrived, the 2 guys spent a little over 4 hours doing the work, after borrowing several tools from me, these guys were very un-organized…they even went on a “parts run”. When they got back there were no more parts, and they didn’t take anything else out of their truck to finish the job…there was also trash left on site…
My wife asked if the price would be reduced, since it only took the 4 hours… the employees stated they would talk to the guy in charge of that.
They were also supposed to come back for a city inspection that they insisted that we be there for… I took a whole day off work for them not to even show up, or call…
Days later the city inspector showed up after my wife reached out to them; sme didn’t even show up… the inspector found several problems with their work…
After many calls concerning the bill we never got a call back… It is now months later and we have finally received a bill for the 20 hours. My wife called to complain via voice mail and the guys finally called back and his only reply was that the time was justified…
Would not recommend these guys to anyone, they are very unprofessional, and very unethical…

Absolutely unprofessional service. Did not even bother to inform, if running behind the Shedule or make an another appointment. Their guy , not sure Jaggie or Jagjit , Juggie , seemed under influence of some narcotic, could not even speak straight on the phone .will not trust them .
