Old Navy

Jordan, the manager at this location, is fantastic. He’s very friendly and customer-focused. If you have a question, he finds the answer. If you’re looking for a hard to find item, he helps. He’s a gem of an employee and he helped my teenage daughter find swim suits in the middle of December - not an easy feat!!

Fantastic shop to get affordable, but good looking, clothes. We get clothing for our kids for the most part here. But end up buying a bunch of things for ourselves while we’re inside!

Super helpful associate working the register

It was very quick and easy. Parked in the designated spot, called the number and showed my ID. Popped the trunk and the kind employee put my purchases in. Took less than 5 minutes overall and I didn't even roll down my window. Just smiled and said thank you through the glass. Amazing service!

Staff are always friendly, and go out of their way to help you. Even on Christmas Eve I didn't feel rushed to shop. I prefer this location over the Old Navy at the Oxmoor Mall any day of the week.

I have an unhealthy obsession with Old Navy. This store is awesome. Huge, clean, and has a great selection. I can always find my size here when other locations are normally sold out.

By far the cleanest and most organized Old Navy store in Louisville. Staff here is great as well! Lots to choose from, always well stocked, even clearance items!

I enjoy shopping at Old Navy. I can purchase clothes for our entire family. The clothes are a good value and stylish. The sales associates are friendly and the store is well organized.

Old Navy is the preferred store for some of my grandchildren’s clothes. That means that this store is one of my places to frequent. They always have great clothes at good prices and have frequent sales.

Great Old Navy.

This ON used to be at Springhurst Towne Center (STC), then moved to The Summit, and has come full circle back to STC. It is not in its original location at STC... this time it is in the old Books-A-Million location. This is a much bigger space. It feels like it just might be the biggest ON in the greater Louisville area... but if so... only slightly. Being a new location, it features the latest design and layout with a checkout area in the middle of the store.

I've had good service and enjoyed shopping in this store. Clean. Neat. Organized. Overall... a typical ON.
