Carrie Gaulbert Cox Park

If you walk to the boat ramp you'll find a hidden concrete pathway that stretches the length of the park down at the water's edge. Nice place to take in a sunset or do a little fishing.

My family and I had a get together. It was a nice day in a beautiful park.

Pretty evening for a picnic and great spot for car pictures next to the Ohio.

On beautiful evenings, as you can see, or even during the day, Cox's Park is a wonderful park to enjoy with family and friends. Don't take my word for it though, go see for yourself. And as always, stay safe y'all!!!

lots of open space to play whatever you want to or just enjoy the weather. I can let my cats play in the tall grasses by the river and they love it!

Great spot to watch boats launch, picnic, walk or fish. The Belle of Louisville went past while we were here.

Good place to play cricket. Field is well maintained. Pitch is in good condition.

Wonderful park!! Always super clean, and we'll trimmed. The playground is really fun and it's roomy enough for the big kids to play too! Lol. Always my spot when I stop to eat lunch, or just sit and watch the barges.

the place looks safe. the playground is suitable for children. It would be ideal for the people who go to put the garbage in the trash cans, it is everyone's responsibility to keep our city parks clean

Enjoyed my evening with my significant other!!

We got there at 9:30 pm and there wasn't one light on in the park, not even on the boat ramp. We were meeting friends at the ranp to help them get boat on the trailer because boat wouldn't run. Anyone know why no lights were on? It was kinda scary.

I love the panoramic views of the Ohio river. It is a peaceful place to relax.
Also, the American Queen docks at the park, sometimes. ( on it's journey to Madison IN, and Cincinnati OH)
These days, I am disappointed in the park's maintenance. The grass is mowed sporadically. Overflowing trash cans and gross bathrooms. No upkeep whatsoever. DARN SHAME!!!!

Nice place to hangout and have cookouts.

Beautiful area. Great view of the Big Four bridges. Can sit and watch the boats and sunset. Great for cook outd, picnics, and walking.
