Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Minutes after we reached the room, front desk called to see if everything was ok with the room. Price of room and location was great, less than 20 min to all the places we planned to see. Breakfast was good enough to start our day. We ended up having booked an extra day. The day we left, an hour and a half into our drive back home, the manager Amid called to tell me I left my bag of clothes in the room. I asked him if he can send it to me if pay for it, he said he can charge my card for shipping. I received by bag with everything I had left behind. I am so thankful to the front desk team for making our stay there pleasurable and especially the manager Amid for going beyond and shipping my bag of clothing I desperately needed. Highly recommend place to stay.

Great little hotel, service was excellent. We had a late check in and they we beyond accommodating. When we made the reservation asked for a blanket and it was actually in the room. We were pulling a car carrier and the gentleman at the check in helped us find a safe lighted spot. I have never had a check in clerk help us like that, what a pleasure. Comfy bed and quiet, not even loud air conditioning. Lol. If you are not planning on using the pool stay here we will be back. 9/11/21

It was very clean and quiet! Lots of other guests, but still quiet. All the staff were lovely and pleasant. I was just so happy with how clean the rooms were- and no funky “mystery hotel room” smell!

Amazing stay- We arrived in an ice storm. The manager was wonderful!! So helpful. Even called us to check if our room was ok,and we had everything we needed. The room was very clean, the beds were great and we even had enough towels and great water pressure. All icy sidewalks were salted. Really recommend this place. Nice breakfast.

Room was nice & clean. Staff was friendly. Pool area looked nice. Bed was comfortable, pillows too, no bedbugs were found either. ☺ Will definitely come back next time we have to come to Louisville

We stayed 2 nights Father’s Day weekend to go to Kentucky Kingdom, which was awesome by the way, the hotel was 15 min from the park. The receptionists was very polite and helpful, they gave wonderful customer service...no complaints there! We spilled our drinks we were bringing back from the breakfast area right in front of our door. We informed housekeeping and it was cleaned within 5 minutes and with no attitude or complaining (in front of us anyways). The breakfast was pretty much what you could expect. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were pretty clean. My only complaint was the bathroom, it was a little smaller than what you would expect and for a family of 5 it seemed even smaller ! The pool was kept clean and very enjoyable. I like the idea of the pool towels being convenient for you to dry off with at the pool and put in a hamper once you’ve finished. We ate at the Mexican restaurant that was connected to the hotel and it was delicious, I had the seafood burrito, my husband had the loaded steak potatoe, and our daughter had the Chile lime tilapia with mango sauce and our son had a taco from the kids menu. The portions we received were huge! Each one of us had to take a to go plate. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay again and recommend our friends and family. Thank you Ramada for great customer service!

This is a great hotel for the price. It's located on the edge of the city and it's pretty quiet at night. They allowed us to have our medium sized dog there which was what we needed. There's a bar attached and a BBQ place within a minute walk. Get yourself a takeout drink and relax in your room.

The rooms were nice. The breakfast was awesome for continental breakfast. The pool was awesome from 3-5 feet with a lot of umbrellas and lounge chairs. The staff was polite and helpful too. I would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay here. The room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The continental breakfast was also good. Test location was great it seemed like everywhere we went in Louisville was only 15 minutes or so away. Would definitely stay here again.

It was 4am and our toddler was crying for "night night" so we searched for the cheapest place to stop along I-71 past Louisville. It was important that the room was CLEAN and comfortable, so we were researching reviews online. This one was the cheapest that still had good reviews, so we decided to stay here. We were VERY pleased with our room. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was equipped with a fridge, microwave, (off brand) Keurig style coffee maker, blow dryer, iron, flat screen tv, & a table with 2 chairs. Even the provided soap was nice. We only paid $67.20 for the night. We definitely got our money's worth for our stay And the 12pm check out was a bonus for us with our late night stay. Wish we could have stayed longer...it was nicer than the place we had stayed earlier this week on vacation! Oh and they have a fantastic pool. Unfortunately, we were just passing through and didn't have time to use it.
To top it all off, the next morning we locked our keys in our car, and the staff bent over backwards to help us get in our car. We highly recommend this place to stay when traveling through Louisville, KY!!

The room is very clean for my pup and me and I love that they have a fridge and microwave! It's easily accessible off the highway and affordable, at least at this time of year. We had a great experience.

Most of the staff was friendly, rooms where clean and bug free. Beds and pillows are comfy.. Only issues was rooms and building could of used some maintenance and updated

Our room was modern and very clean. The pool was very nice. Loved the fact that there was a bar/restaurant. Customer service was excellent. Best part was that it was located directly next to the festival we were attending.

The room was very clean, well stocked with towels etc, a small refrigerator, microwave, iron, tv, coffee pot , coffee & tea. The queen sized bed was very comfortable. The staff very helpful. Breakfast was provided. It was very good.

Stayed at this Ramada about 3 weeks ago during a small fun vacation to Kentucky kingdom. At first when we checked in, it was a little questionable being that it wasnt anything I expected. Its connected to El Nopal (best Mexican restaurant ever in my opinion btw). It was more of a motel set up and a bunch of ppl just standing outside hanging out. So for 4 ladies checking in really late at midnight with all that in mind we were 2nd guessing about staying there. But it ended up being a really nice stay. The room was nice and they came to clean everyday. And Paul who worked the front desk at night was the best! He really made the stay enjoyable. He was always joking around, made check in really easy and explained everything answering any questions I had, and he was very nice and helpful to get us anything we needed such as extra towels and wash rags.

This hotel is really well cared for and the faculty and staff are amazingly helpful and so friendly!! If that's not enough, there is also a Mexican restaurant in it that is also super awesome with great food, a relaxing atmosphere and great people there to serve you well! My daughter and I stay here on the wknds that I come to visit her in college!
So if you are in North Louisville looking for somewhere to stay you should definitely check it out!!

We traveled to Louisville to experience the Solar Eclipse. We weren't spending much time at the hotel so we chose the Ramada. The first room smelled of stale cigarette smoke as if it had been a smoking room at one time and never cleaned. We were given another room immediately. Aside of the inconvenience of it, it was no big deal. The new room was perfectly clean. Can't beat an inexpensive poolside room with complimentary breakfast that we were able to bring our little seven pound dog along on our road trip!

My family and i loved the Kentucky experience. Ms.Patsy at the front desk was amazing as well as the housekeeping. Rooms were very clean i have high standards being housekeeper myself. Breakfast was good especially the biscuits and gravy. The pool was clean and the restaurant el lopel was to die for. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay with a reasonable price. Thanks again!!!

Well, two sides to this. 1st. Stayed there for three weeks while looking for a place to stay. Finally found one....great news. 2nd. The staff; from the front desk, house keeping, breakfast host, grounds keeper... everyone was so incredibly sweet, polite, and professional. They made my stay absolutely wonderful and I will truly miss them. Will recommend this place always! Bailey (my dog) and I thank you!!

Room was adequate, clean and cozy. Facility was pretty, pool clean. The Mexican restaurant was also pretty good. Parts of the hotel is under construction but it is not noisy at all
