Everyone was helpful, kind, and took time to thoroughly explain anything. My car had a national back order on a part and it took weeks to get the part. Shout out to Meghan who called for updates on the part constantly and she kept us updated as well. I appreciate the effort that she and the rest of the guys took to get the part and fix my car. I broke down in Crestwood one evening and I guess it was the luckiest breakdown ever because I found this place. To save on towing I limped the car to their lot. In my entire life I have never dealt with an auto service center as professional, honest, and thorough. After diagnosing my problem John spent a very considerable amount of time on the phone with me to explain and more importantly prioritize the things my vehicle needed to fix my immediate problem, things I may have issues with soon, and things to consider down the road. Never made me feel pressured of things I declined. They even looked up part numbers for me for some body issues they admitted I should be able to easily put on cheaper myself. The work was competed the next day, and unbelievably they called to follow up to see how my vehicle was running. I say unbelievably, because I've never seen anyone provide service like this. As long as I live near Louisville I will drive the extra miles to bring every one of vehicles here from now on.

I was recommended to Christian Brothers by a person at Valvoline. Was very satisfied with my experience. Appreciated the free inspection. Jacob's straight assessment and guidance about whether to have my transmission replaced was also appreciated. I have recommended Christian Brothers to family.

Highly recommend by a friend, I really appreciate when I went with my daughter to have her brakes checks that they actually took the time to explain everything and did not try to sell her anything she did not need. I just got my Chrysler Pacifica back from Christian Brothers. We have been going different places trying to to get brakes fixed and many of them especially the dealer have seemed annoyed and haven’t done thorough inspections. In terms of customer service Christian Brothers is like the Chil Fil A of mechanics! Great customer service start to finish, thorough inspection, no pressure, and the cleanest car shop I’ve ever seen. And yet they seem humble and confident. Now let’s wait a few months and see if the quality is of Chik Fil A caliber!

If I could do 10 stars I would, they went above and beyond for our family. We were in town for a family funeral and had a warming light come on. I looked up and saw the Christian brothers sign, it truly was God’s providence that led us there in our time of need. They worked us in, drove us a few miles down the road to the funeral, and had us up and running again in 9 hours. We are beyond grateful for their service and the way they went above and beyond.

My Appointment was conducted on time. Very thorough review of my car. No pressure to get additional services done immediately. Friendly and knowledgeable associate. I highly recommend Christian Bros if you need service on your vehicle.

They gave a very detailed diagnosis with pictures and videos and the report had everything prioritized by severity. Very thorough with their inspection. They offered a shuttle service with 10 minutes from their shop. When I was picking up the car they even offered me a beverage for the road. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Don’t take your vehicle anywhere else but here!!

Really kind and trustworthy people and place! I had a tire/oil change and could not be more pleased with the service. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home while you’re waiting and also offer a shuttle if you need a ride back home. Definitely trust them with all your car needs!

Their customer service is outstanding! They even called me a couple days after we picked up our car to check on how it went. I like how they sent us an email with the detailed description with pictures of what looked good and what needed maintenance in the future. I also love there fair prices! My husband and I will never take our cars anywhere else.

I am praising God for breaking down WHERE I broke down with our @thegrovenky church bus yesterday. Did a Google search for nearby mechanic and found @christianbrothersauto with over 400 positive reviews. Their Google business page quoted that they operate under the value of “loving thy neighbor as thyself.” And boy was I blessed by that love. They let us leave the bus there overnight and blocked it in with cars to make it more secure. Found that it was safely drivable if they just disable an air compressor. And when I came back to get it, the invoice was $0.00. Since they didn’t have to do a repair, and because they believed we broke down close to them for a reason, it was free. Jacob was so nice to me, offering me a beverage and help with lodging. Their shop was so clean. Everyone was so nice. I’ve never seen or experienced anything like it. I just had to share this to give God glory for his providence and to tell the world about this awesome business. What a blessing!

Great transmission service. They got me in within a day, they communicated regularly so I was involved in every decision, & fixed the issue sooner than expected. The employees were professional & easy to work with. If needed, I will definitely use them again.

Great experience. They allowed us to drop off a used car we were looking at purchasing. They went through in detail each area of the cars mechanical functions and brakes,tires, coolant , oil and so much more listing and recommending what if any next steps steps to take or cautions if further tests would need to be done.
