The salon is always so clean, friendly, and cozy! Go see Melody! She’s always so comforting and trustworthy. She talks me through each process when coloring or highlighting and also educates me about each product she uses on my hair! Everyone there seems extremely professional. I highly recommend Nova salon to everyone!

Got recommended Nova Salon by my friend, so I went to get my hair done for the first time since 2020. Sparkling clean, super friendly, and most importantly professional. I had a quick chat with my hair stylist (Katie V.) about what I wanted to do and she truly went above and beyond to make my wishes come true. Leaving with a boost of self-confidence and a brand new look.

Nova - St. Mathews is awesome from the time you walk through the door and are greeted warmly by the ladies at the desk ,until your stylist is finished and you’re on your way. My Stylist is Katie. I have been her client for more than 5 years. She is talented and confident and makes your experience important to her. She listens and will cut your hairs 1 at a time if that’s what you want. So a great conversationalist and a great stylist. What more can I say!

I have been seeing Alexis at NOVA for a few years and am always so happy with my hair. I’ve gotten to know a lot of the staff and they always smile and say hi and make me feel very welcome. I usually let Alexis do what she thinks would look good on me and she always does such a good job and I leave with glossy, beautiful hair. My color always comes out great! Highly recommend NOVA.

I LOVE this salon. It's super modern and clean, and the girls that work there are so kind and personable, especially Abby at the front! I’ve been a client of Katie’s for about 3 years now and so sad that I’m moving to Colorado! She’s been hands down the best hair stylist I’ve ever had! She listens to me and takes into account my lifestyle when styling my hair (i.e. my day to day styling and time constraints). We’ve done everything from trims to bangs to balayage and most recently cutting my super long hair into a short bob!! I’ve loved it all and she will be hard to replace! The salon itself is also so clean and welcoming! Both locations! Frankfort and Shelbyville rd are great. I also LOVE all the products!

I have been going to NOVA Salon for several years now and my hair has never been healthier and I have never been happier. I used to switch salons about every 4 months because they just didn't get it right. Funky color, bad cut, just didn't listen to what I wanted and I would get so frustrated. Since I have been going to NOVA I have had curly, straight, pixie short, shoulder length, platinum blond, my natural brown, different levels of highlights I have had LOVED them all!!! Austin and Katie V have taken such good care of me. Everyone on staff is amazing from the warm smiles at the front desk to the ninja stealthy crew that sweep up the hair and keep the salon looking amazing. I am a NOVA client for life.

The new salon is gorgeous! I started at the first location on Frankfort but switched to the St Mathews location when Kylie moved there. Everyone is always friendly. Every concern or question is completely addressed at the start of every appointment. I also appreciate that when products are changed Kelly & Kylie explain what will be done to ensure I get the exact same result as I did with the previous products. The stylists also take time to educate you about how to style your hair. Every month I look forward to my cut & color because the salon is relaxing & what girl doesn't love a bit of pampering!?!

I have been a customer of Nova Salon for the past 5 years. I remember when they only had the Frankfort location and it was named Bennie & Friends. With this said, I have seen the same amazing stylist at Frankfort for the past 5 years and sadly she recently moved on to her own adventures in Indiana. I was devastated! The girls at Frankfort immediately got me hooked with a new stylist, Emmalee at this location (St Matt's). Obviously I was scared and hesitant to have a new colorist and stylist after so many years. Emmalee blew me away. My hair has never looked healthier, brighter, and perfectly styled. She is truly a talented and skillful artist with a wonderful personality. This salon also has a more comforting, clean, and luxurious atmosphere.

I love coming to NOVA and seeing my stylist Katie! You’re always treated like a VIP, and they really listen to your hair style goals and lifestyle needs. Worth the cost to look and feel this fabulous!

I've been to Nova a few times and the front desk workers are always bright spots in my days. Historically I've never been very happy with my hair cuts at other places, but I've never been disappointed by Nova. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone needing some hair rejuvenation
