A year or so ago I came here and had a horrible experience, my soon to be husband wanted me to give this place a second chance, and I'm so glad I did the lovely lady was attentive as soon as I walked through the door and even helped me find a new favorite color line! I think her name was Beatrice? I know it started with a b sorry I'm horrible with names, but I'm definitely gonna come back knowing she's there I'm super happy with this visit not so much with that last lady but this wonderful lady made up for it all! 🖤 thank you!

The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because they had what I needed and the store is more spacious compared to other locations. But what pissed me off is, I spend A LOT of money with Cosmo every week and when I asked if I could use the restroom she said that the restroom was NOT for the public. Are you kidding me?! I have used the restroom at the Hampton location multiple times with no problems. Good old south county... 🤦🏾‍♂
