Friendly fast and knowledgeable. Made a copy for my harley key after it plum jiggled out on the highway for me. Got the copy so I'll won't be without a spare if that happens again. Would highly recommend. Just walked in no appointment or anything.

This place is awesome. WAY battery process than dealership for programming keys for cars. I have used them for about 6 keys and each time they've been awesome, even made me a better deal on a few of them than they advertise. They're amazing and i plan to go only to them.

As far as I'm concerned this is one of the best locksmiths in the area. They are friendly... fun, even. And they are knowledgeable of their job. They also don't hesitate to tell you that, "This is going to be kind of expensive. It might be cheaper to get it through the manufacturer"! They get your keys cut or your remote key fob programmed. Great people and I would recommend them to anyone. Seriously.

I ended up locking the keys inside my vehicle while at Bass Pro Shops. Called Cooks with an est wait time of 60-90 minutes. He showed up early right around 45 minutes later, took 1 minute to open the door, and we were on our way! Cost was $75.

They were very straightforward with me about the replacement keyfobs that I had purchased on Amazon and warned me that not all keys would be compatible with my car, but despite this, they quickly got both programmed and cut. Both replacements worked flawlessly and the clerk was very professional. I did not need to spend terribly much to have both keys prepared. I was on my way in less than 15 minutes! Amazing!

I went to have a key fob set up for my truck and some keys cut, after several attempts it wouldn’t connect so the very nice gentleman was able to get one of theirs to connect to my truck and now have a working fob. They are very knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to take care of you. It’s really great to see that GOOD PROFESSIONAL SERVICE still exist today and cooks will forever have my service.

Honest Fast Service. David Durbin came out to our store same day. Was ready to spend money on entire new lock, he was able to repair existing lock with no charge for parts.

The staff are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Although I brought in a tough job, they never showed any frustration. A couple of people came in and said they were coming back later when they could do their work. I have a couple of locks I need fixed. I'll be bringing them all here. Thanks for the too notch work.
