Exceptional service by a friendly and professional group in Crestwood. They have provided me with top-notch service at affordable prices.
When one of my vehicles did start having problems rather than arrive to a staggering quotation - I arrived to a stack of papers that had been compiled (my entire service history with them on that vehicle and all the OEM technical service bulletins on my car/engine.) That lead to the OEM replacing my motor without cost and without a single question regarding the quality of maintenance being performed by Certified Express Lube & Auto Service.

* The only thing, maybe a recommendation, I can say, does not open on Saturdays. For us who work from Monday to Friday it is somewhat difficult to arrive during the week.

Super nice! Really great price on a synthetic oil change. My husband typically does our's but it's cold and wet out so it was nice to find a place that was so affordable. They also automatically checked my tires and all, which while standard is still nice especially since I forgot to have my husband fill them before I left the house.

Certified recently did some work on my brakes. Making a funny noise and acting weird I had it towed to Certified. Certified couldn't produce the same problems but called me and said they were going to take my complaints and find out what was wrong. Turns out the brakes had a defective bolt on the caliper! Most companies would have just returned it to me, but Certified did some detective work and fixed it correctly and may have saved a tragedy! Professional repair facility in every way. They know cars.

I am so happy I found Certified Auto Repair in Crestwood. They are conveniently located. The staff is friendly and professional. They know my name when I come in. They treat their customers like good neighbors do. We have grown children and older parents we look after and I bring ALL their cars here. I can't say enough about the quality and thoroughness of the work here. Steve was presented with a 2012 Toyota Camry with serious transmission issues. Others were unable to find the problem. Toyota dealerships wanted almost $2000 to replace the torque converter (and that had already been done by the previous owner) and $4,999 plus labor and taxes for a new transmission. Steve's persistent research came up with a solution that has the car driving like a new one. I highly recommend this business for your car repair needs.

Driving from Texas to Mass, we discovered the engine shield tearing off once as stopped to change drivers in Louisville.
