Hilton Garden Inn Louisville East

We are staying here a week. The staff is nice the rooms are clean and comfy. I like the location. It has some nice outside sitting areas very clean and comfortable. There is a Logans steakhouse next to hotel. And a Sam's club not to far. I work remote and the rooms are quiet no outside hall or outdoor noise. I was able to work and relax. They do have breakfast that cost extra or if a diamond member you can use your 10 dollar credit.

Clean and well-kept rooms. No breakfast included. Convenient and safe location from my experience. Located right off the highway and only 10-15 minutes from major Louisville destinations.

Truly up to the standard of Hilton Garden Inns. Loved that I could charge my EV rental while staying there. Only glitch was not automatically applying Diamond credits.

I was only there overnight but the room was clean and comfortable. I did not interact with any staff besides at check in and she was friendly and professional. No complaints at all.

Finally I found a hotel that is clean. Omg how refreshing. I recommend this place, for sure.

My first time staying here was Feb 2023. I plan to come back many times when my business trips take me to Louisville. Great location near restaurants/shopping/fuel, friendly and professional staff, close to the interstate (but not ON the interstate). I am a loyal Hilton Honors member of over a decade and Hilton Garden Inns have become my go-to brand. My only complaint is the pillows: they are too soft for me. I bring my own Pillow Cube. I also have very specific taste in Keurig K-cups and I usually go buy a 10-pk of Starbucks French Roast K-cups at Kroger. :-)

Friendliest hotel in the entire Hilton empire. I’ll be back.

This was a very nice and clean location. It was just off the interstate and fairly easy to access. The desk clerk was polite and attentive, even late in the evening.

The room was clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable. There was a refrigerator as well as a coffee maker.

The lobby spacious with good amenities. In normal times it has breakfast? There is also a small convenience store.

Very nice clean hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating, Rooms spacious and spotless. I LOVED the made to order breakfast every morning. What put it over the top is the morning waitress named Tanaki (spelling ?). She was so nice and friendly. I actually looked forward to breakfast every morning and her bubbly personality. I look forward to staying here again. Job well done!!

Had a lovely over night stay while in Louisville. Great staff, front desk personel were friendly and very responsive. Lovely rooms, very good breakfast. A wonderful experience.

My home away from home! I travel for work and am usually tried and want to relax after my long days. This hotel always has a friendly face to greet me. My room is kept clean and I always feel comfortable when I walk in the door. Thanks for the great customer service. Keep up the good work!

My family and I stayed on our way back from Missouri. The rooms were quiet, and very clean. As we were leaving the front desk and cafe staff were so kind. They packed up a few muffins for my children and gave them each a little stuffed puppy dog. I never write reviews, but I felt I should because kindness like this should be acknowledged.

I have never stayed at such a place whose hosts was as gracious and helpful as Demetrius, John and the staff in the kitchen and also the front desk! They went above and beyond for us and made sure everything was impeccable. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be returning. Thanks everyone for the pleasant stay me and my family really enjoyed ourself.

I love the Hilton Garden Inn! Their staff is fantastic, willing to get anything you need and promptly. I won't stay anywhere else. They're the best in my book.

I stay here regularly and it's always clean and the staff is great. The door next to the EV chargers has been broken for years but it's not that hard to walk around.

The reservations were messed up. My sister and I hadn't seen each other in 12 years, she is a Hilton Hotel user. She travels alot so she was expecting a handicap room with 2 beds. We got there and they found they were in the wrong. Some how our reservations were given away. So they did everything to accommodate us in making us happy. The staff: Jackie, Justin, and Wendy went out of their way to make our visit relaxing and memorable. VERY HELPFUL.

The hotel was easy to locate. Parking was adequate, even when we returned to the hotel late the were spots available to park. The cleaning crew did an acceptable job turning down the sheets and removing the trash. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful.

After being displaced from our home due to a fire, we were recommended this location by Red Cross, it was the best thing that could’ve happened to us after the fire. Everyone was incredibly kind and wanted to help in any way they could. The rooms are clean, the shower was even cleaner than my apartment’s bathroom, the walls are thick enough that we had couldn’t hear other guests even on a very busy weekend, there’s also tons of places to eat around. Highly recommend Chinese take out at Luis garden down the road, quick delivery right to your door. Our stay here was so easy, it made the stress of everything else much easier to cope with, any issue you may have can be fixed quickly.

We had a wonderful stay! The stafg was very friendly and professional. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I liked that they served breakfast until 11 and had more options than other hotels we've stayed at. We would definitely stay here again!
