The staff here at microtel are very good receptionist. They're very professional and curious. Very polite and cordial. Rooms are super clean and very well stocked and cleaned after every single use highly recommend

This place was just right for us. It was clean, comfortable and inexpensive. They really take care of this property. Everyone was friendly even the people who were staying there.

The room was small, but everything necessary for an overnight or few day stay. A bed, nightstands on either side of the bed narrow desk with 2 chairs, & seat in the window . There's a small bathroom, no kitchenette. I really liked the size of the room, & it's contents, I was able to comfortably move around the room, & was comfortable in the room. The room was tidy, well kept. Over all the stay was very nice

Nice if you don't want amenities. There is no pool or exercise room. Rooms are good if you're in Louisville to do stuff or just want to rest. Nothing for kids. We were here to have a resting place after the show before going home next day. Good.

Hey, you get what you pay for. But I am staying again on my way back home, so it's not too bad.

Stayed here over night on a Wednesday and was pleasantly surprised how nice & clean the place is.

Room was clean, no stench, water was hot with good pressure, nice TV, lots of channels and the girls at the front desk were pleasant.

I'd definitely stay here again.

Best bed I have ever slept in! Clean crisp sheets with 3 large pillows and a small throw pillow. Once you lay down you don't want to get up! The rooms are small but cozy and quaint. Great design with a cushioned bay window. The water pressure is magnificent. The bathroom counter goes all the way over the toilet so you can sit on it while doing your make up in the mirror. Friendly staff but they do not have a late check out option. The location is very convenient. Lots of restaurants and entertainment within a mile. The nightly rate is very reasonable.

This hotel is such an amazing price for what you get. The room felt like an updated European room, not too big but not too small. We could not get over the cleanliness of the hotel. From the elevator to the rooms, it felt so cozy and clean. They keep a great hotel.

Good location but could hear interstate noise. Rooms were nice for the price, on the small side but clean. I will stop again

We checked in online, which was easy and arrived after 9:30. The person at the desk was friendly and helpful. We stayed on the 3rd floor but we were glad to find there was an elevator. The room was small but clean and just what we needed for a 1 night stay. Also very quiet. Breakfast could have been better but we are not going to complain since it was included with our room.

The staff is GREAT. I was especially impressed with a young man at the front desk. His name is Mirza and this is the kinda of person you want at the front desk of your hotel. Super friendly and helpful. He was also covering the breakfast bar. He kept things clean and.well stocked. He was really hustling yet stopped and took time if anyone asked a question. He seemed really interested in helping his customers.

Breakfast was pretty simple. Biscuits and.gravy was the only hot food, but you could make instant oatmeal. Sadly, no waffles.

For a quick stopover, this motel was a fantastic find - easy check-in, comfy beds, and close to local attractions.

Trying to find an affordable option during a bad weekend (booking and price wise) and came across this site. Everything was clean, comfortable, and seemed up to date. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Food options if you include this exit and the next (1 mile) are almost limitless. There is an unbelievable metro park about 15 minutes away though you will want to have a GPS if you want to get there.
Regarding the hotel, understand that when they say "micro" they mean it. Rooms are small and very efficient, as is the breakfast area (and the breakfast). I loved the concept of a very nice place to sleep at a fantastic price but if you have a big group you will need someplace else to gather. The other couple with us had a dog and found everything very accommodating and convenient.

It was a fresh take on hotel room for me. It was different at first having such a small space but when I thought about it you actually do not need that much room. The rooms were nice too and staff and amenities were great. Would recommend for someone who needs a place to stay for the night or just passing through town.
