Great communication and easy to work with.

We recently had a close with this business (buyer's choice), but there were some fallbacks on the service provided. We weren't able to close on the home sale in person, so docs were emailed to be signed and notarized ahead of time. First they were sent to the wrong email address, then an hour before close we were told that we forgot to sign one of the docs (but after looking closer, it appears that they were not included in the original email). Also, there was zero type of instruction of where to sign the multiple documents, which proved to make the signing process more difficult and stressful than it needed to be. I think this business could work on correcting these mistakes to better serve future clients.
