Dr. Parsons is one of the best psychiatrist in Louisville, Kentucky. She is empathetic and a great listener. It is always easy to get in contact with her. Her assistant, Keith, is awesome and willing to help in any way he can. If you are looking for a psychiatrist, I would 100% recommend to reach out for your needs.

I can’t talk highly enough about Dr. Parsons. She is so warm, friendly, and empathetic. Dr. Parsons has been taking care of me for quite some time, and I highly recommend her. She is thorough, caring, and she makes herself available whenever problems come up, even at odd hours. I called this office to schedule an appointment based on all of the good reviews on it, but I was so displeased with their service. The man on the phone was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Questions went unanswered and scheduling was a nightmare. Dogs barked nearly the entire time I was trying to speak with him and I could hardly even hear him. There's no way I would even think of trying to schedule something with this office if this is how they treat their patients.

The response from Dr. Parson's office after an inquiry was unprofessional at best and dangerous at worst.
