We switched to Metro, got a free SIM card for each of us and America was really helpful. Very professional service. She handled everything great since the porting department was having issues. I highly recommend this one store.

Jonathon was very helpful of having me switch from Verizon. It was fast and easy. He got me a free 5g android phone and even transferred all my information from my old iPhone 11. My phone bill went from $150 to $60 a month with even better coverage than Verizon. Great service overall. Thanks again Jon.

Had some uncommon changes to my plan, and had a friend switch over, it was seamless, painless, and the guy hooked us up with just about every option we could take advantage of for saving, awesome experience

Awesome store! The manager Jonathan is great. He helped me understand my new line and got it all set up flawlessly and quickly! He is great at listening to what you need and really cares about his customers. Couldn’t recommend this metro store more!

I can’t remember the young ladies name but I received incredible service from her. Very helpful and very knowledgeable and helped me understand the company and my phone better then what was available to my knowledge. Great atmosphere when I walked through the door and I felt welcomed to be there. I will definitely be coming back to the store for any of my needs!

I went in there and the guy was amazing he has great customer service, I can't remember his name but he has a Beard and a baby on the way he is awesome 😎 if you needed anything from metro a phone or anything go see him I will be back in to his store 😁

Amazing customer care, manager went beyond and above to get my Gmail to my new phone. Did not know my password and the customer was able to unlock my Gmail and get my information back.

Came to this store 30 min before closing and was able to get and activate a new phone line! The rep was super nice and very patient. He got us taken care of right away! I came to this store because the one off of Riverdale/Washington was out of stock of a certain phone. I wouldn't hesitate to come to this store or the other one! I much prefer it after I had a bad experience at a store in SLC where that store made me pay for a monthly plan I didn't want and extra service, lying to me by saying that I HAD to if I wanted the free phone. This was not the case after I talked to the store that's off of Riverdale/Washington. And the rep at this store did not try to feed me that bs either when I was trying to sign my mom up on this network! So I highly recommend this store and the other one down the street. I don't know if they have different reps during the days on different days though. So I can't say for their service, but the ones I had to deal with were awesome.
