He told us what needed to be done for resale of a home and helped us get electric panel brought up to code. Did not suggest unnecessary work. His estimate is what he charged. Highly recommend.

Matt was at my home at the scheduled appointment time. I explained the issue I was having and he thoroughly checked everything out. He was very professional and explained the issue I was having. He was able to perform a temporary fix until I decide what I want to do.

I was very happy with this business. I needed an electrician to install a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage for an electric vehicle. I didn't know any electricians, so I went online and found Matt. He has 5.0 with 174 Google reviews and now I know why. I called him to get an estimate. He came that same day. Estimate was delivered via email before he left my driveway. Estimate was substantially less than another estimate I got from another unimpressive company. I approved estimate online. Matt contacted me to schedule the work. He then reached out to me 5 days before the official installation date and said he was available if I wanted it done that day. I said sure. Two of his workers showed up in a late model clean van. Both wore uniforms and were very polite and respectful of my home. Even though I just needed the plug installed, they also installed a separate mounting plate I bought for no additional charge. I really appreciated that because I was going to have to do that myself. The workmanship in the basement at the panel and in the garage was excellent. Matt personally came by at end of job to make sure everything was OK. He then emailed me an invoice and I paid online with a well-deserved gratuity. Everything from ease of doing business, to professionalism and response as well as quality of work was top notch. Matt is my new electrician. I will definitely be calling him in the future for any of my electrical needs!

Call for service. Gave me advice on phone. Tried that but still needed service. Came right out to house next day and spent entire day repairing the problem. Awesome attitude and incredible service. Very knowledgeable and kind and professional!!!!!

Matt Harrod and his apprentice replaced a circuit breaker in my finished basement that required taking our drywall in cramped quarters.

His efficiency, professionalism and kindness made it seem effortless.

They wore protective shoe covers to avoid tracking dirt into the house and vacuumed the area before leaving.

The electricians were punctual, professional, kind, and explained things clearly and patiently. No pressuring, no talking down, none of that. They also cleaned up where they worked, not a mess in sight. The work was done well and we are extremely pleased — would definitely hire them again!

Chris and his helper showed up a day earlier than originally planned which worked well for us. They were polite and completed the job in a timely manner. We were pleased with their work.
